Richard Avis, a British, was born on December 1st, 1974. In order to understand the meaning of successful life in different cultures, Richard, from 2011, began to seek time twins around the world. With the help of the local media, he has already found 32 time twins from 13 countries, of whom there are 17 males and 15 females. My country begins to carry out the policy that prevents smoking in public buildings since January 1st,2011.The main aim is to make every public rooms have no smoke by posting the sign of preventing smoking. Chinese-style road crossing is a common phenomenon where large crowds of people cross the road, regardless of / ignoring the traffic lights. The reason why it happens is that people lack a sense of safety or tend to follow others/ the crowd, thinking that the driver will have to stop the car because many people are crossing the road together. Apparently, such behavior will be a threat to /threaten people’s safety, result in traffic accidents and also do damage to the image of China. As a consequence, it is suggested that we citizens should obey the traffic rules and try to be civilized citizens as well. In addition, not only should strict and effective measures be taken to punish those who break the rules but also more footbridges should be built, making it more convenient for pedestrians to cross the road.
