According to the movie, this scene happens on the Elsa’s coronation day, duke Weselton invites the new queen to dance with him, and 自夸(翻译一下，忘了英文) with these saying above. According to his previous prodigal image, subtitle translator uses “舞林高手”to modify his dance to make the audiences have deep impression to duke Weselton’s characteristics. As for "the little dipper", we Chinese may be not very familiar with it, so the translator uses “舞林高手”to let the audiences know the conversation with less effort.

The subtitle “A real howler in July” is translated to “七月飞雪” by the subtitle translator, as Chinese audiences, we are familiar with the story of Baimaonv, and we can understand the subtitle with less effort. It’s 精彩的here that the translator uses Chinese 典故to explain the howler in July in the movie.
