AMS_2759-2C_低合金钢零件的热处理
3.3.1 零件类型:
热处理操作人员应确定零件类型。 1 类:热处理后所有表面机加余量大于等于 0.020 英寸(0.51mm)的零件以及具锻造,铸造,
热轧表面,热处理后须机加掉的零件。除非被告知零件所有表面都留有 0.020 英寸 (0.51mm)加工余量,否则热处理操作人员应将其视为无加工余量并按相应的 2、3 或 4 类另件进行控制。
4.1.1 收试验:
除 AMS 2759 规定的试验项目外,对每炉批零件应作(3.5.1 节)表面污染试验,假如 碳势为自动控制并有指示或记录,则可代之以 4.2 节规定的办法定期进行表面污染 检测。
4.1.2 试生产试验:
除 AMS 2759 规定的试验项目外,在热处理生产前应对每个炉子,每种使用的气氛 以及 B 级气氛在小于等于 0.40%和大于 0.40% 二种碳势情况下进行(3.5.1 节)的 表面污染试验。

3.3.1.1 假如不能确定另件的类型,则按 3 类另件处理。
3.3.2 气氛级别:
A 级:氩气、氢气、氦气、氮气、氮-氢混合气体、真空或中性盐浴。不允许使用由 氨气分解成的氮气。
B 级:吸热型、放热型或含碳的氮基气氛(见 8.2 节)。
C 级:空气或燃烧产品(氧化性气氛)

3.4.4 不完全退火:在硬化之前,将零件加热到 1150-1250℉(621-677℃)保温至表 4 规定的时间,然后冷却至室温。9Ni-4Co 类钢零件应按表 2 规定采用不完全退火。
3.4.5 硬化前的应力释放:零件在硬化前将其加热到 1000-1250℉(538-677℃)保温至不 少于表 4 规定的时间,然后冷却至室温。

3.4 程序
3.4.1 酸洗:在随后的由铅、锌合金,或其它低熔温材料制成的模具成形前,零件必须 根据 ASTM A380 酸洗。
3.5.3.1 除非特别通知零件将全部机加,否则加热处理装置必须处理零件即使一些表 面没有后续的金属去除物,并且因此必须在受控的气氛中热处理至高于 1350
°F(730°C),该气氛必须符合表面污染要求,除非规定,受控的气氛对于仅 具有原材料表面零件不是必须的,除非零件是同薄板或条带制成。
3.5.3.2 专门用于热处理已去除污染的零件的炉子,不须试验。

3.6 试验方法:
必须根据 AMS 2759 及以下规定:
3.6.1 表面污染:实验应该通过根据 ASME 3 制备的浸蚀试样在 500×下的冶金检查来进 行,ARD 1820 中的可变基准成法可以用于加强该检查。
4. 质保预防措施:
必须根据 AMS 2759 和 4.1,4.2 所规定的负责检验,实验分类、抽样、批准、选项、 记录和报告。
3.4.3 固溶热处理(固溶退火,退火),奥氏体化状态,时效(沉淀热处理): 必须通过加热至表 3,4 或 6 规定的温度,在表 3.4 或 6 所规定的时间保温,并且 按表 3,4 和 6 的规定连续冷却,不能中断。
3.4.3.1 重复固溶热处理:仅允许一次重复固溶热处理。

应力释放: 当需要时通过认定的工程组织,热处理零件必须进行应力释放,通过 加热至 100F(56°C)低于时效温度并保温至少 1 小时加上另外的每一英寸厚度 或部份多于 1 英寸后的 1 个小时。当使用负载热电偶时,保温时间至少一个小时。 应力释放零件在时效后已被喷丸强化或线轧,应禁止应力释放。
3.2.3 在温度低于 1300°F(704°C):±10°F(±6°)使用的炉子。

航空材料规范AMS 2700 E出版 2000.03修订 2011.11替换 AMS 2700DAMS-QQ-P-35QQ-P-35耐蚀钢的钝化理由AMS2700E的发行是为了合并截止2011年6月14日经过AMS B委员会批准的所有的更改,这些更改本来计划要加入AMS2700D中去的,但由于疏忽遗漏了。

1.3.3 级别钝化检验的级别如下:1.3.3.1 1级以下类型的零件应该依据章节4.3.1的要求进行测试。
1.3.3.1.1 在采购文件中没有确定检验频率的紧固件,包括螺母、螺栓、垫圈、铆钉和相关部件。
1.3.3.1.2 图纸上标有AN、MS、NAS或类似标识的且没有规定检验频率的标准件。
1.3.3.1.3 采购方指定要求进行测试的。
1.3.3.2 2级腐蚀试验的频率是每一批抽取一个零件。
1.3.3.3 3级按试验周期进行试验。
1.3.3.4 4级引用AMS-QQ-P-35或QQ-P-35的零件,按照4.3.4节要求进行接收检验。
1.3.3.5 当没有指定级别且没有采用1.3.3.1(1级)和1.3.3.4(4级)时,将采用2级。

1. 范围
本规范与 AMS 2759 中用于钢热处理的通用要求一起,建立了沉淀硬化不锈钢和马氏 体时效钢零件的热处理要求。零件在 AMS 2759 中规定。

4. 1 实验分类:
接收、定期和预生产实验的分类应根据 AMS 2759 和 4.1.1 至 4.1.3 规定的来进行。
4.1.1
接收实验:拉伸性能(3.5.2)要求规定针对下述零件的接收实验,AM-350 和 AM-355 ,热处理至 RH 状态的 17-PH 和 PH 15-7MO,在 1100°F(593°C)到 1150 °F(621°C)时效的 15-5PH 和 17-4PH 零件。当规定时,也用于重复固溶处理的 零件,要进行接收实验并且必须在每一批次进行。

3.6 试验方法:
必须根据 AMS 2759 及以下规定:
3.6.1 表面污染:实验应该通过根据 ASME 3 制备的浸蚀试样在 500×下的冶金检查来进 行,ARD 1820 中的可变基准成法可以用于加强该检查。
4. 质保4.1,4.2 所规定的负责检验,实验分类、抽样、批准、选项、 记录和报告。
8.2 消除周期:执行有效的清除周期用以从耐高温炉衬中去除污染,该炉使用带有少量还 原剂的惰性气体。

3.5.1 硬度:沉淀硬化不锈钢和马氏体时效钢零件必须符合表 5 所要求的硬度。
3.5.2 拉伸性能:当要求拉伸实验时,结果必须符合规定的值。如果拉伸性能未被规定, 他们必须符合相应的材料规范中的规定。

表面污染:当在热处理后零件的所有表面未被机加,炉中的用于加热零件高于 1350°F(732°C)的保护气氛或再充气介质必须受控,以防止产生渗碳或渗氮, 并且晶间氧化必须小于 0.0007 英寸(0.018 毫米),零件在盐浴中热处理必须无 残留盐。
