摘要

自动化立体仓库系统(Automated Storage and Retrieval System shorted for AS/RS)是现代物流系统的一个重要组成部分,广泛应用于各行各业中。目前,它已经成为企业生产和管理信息化的标志之一。本文在立体仓库的规划设计方面提供了利用仿真辅助设计的方法,对提高立体仓库作业的效率,合理配置立体仓库的物流设备,以及检验整个流程设计的合理性有着很大的实际应用价值。

本文内容分为以下四个部分:

第一部分是立体仓库的构成特点和功能。还有立体仓库的设计原则和步骤,是以下几个部分的研究基础,这部分内容主要体现在第1章。第一部分是对PLC 的介绍,主要体现在第2章。第三部分是立体仓库的设计阶层,阐述了自动化立体仓库的仿真与建模理论,介绍了基于三菱PLC所设计的立体仓库的功能及控制原理,主要体现在第3章。第四部分是步进电机及其驱动器,介绍了步进电机的选型和其驱动器的工作原理及其型号。主要体现在第4章。

此次设计的效果可以改变参数输入,通过模拟生产情况及波动对系统造成的冲击,从而避免了在理想化状态下系统设计所无法预料的各种因素,对系统的堵塞有着形象和直观的解决方案。

总之,立体仓库因其较小的占地面较佳空间利用率,应用正逐渐普及。为满足现代化生产和流通的需要,就必须采取以计算机控制主要手段的自动化立体仓库。

Abstract

AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System shorted for AS/RS) is an important part of modern material flow system and is widely applied to every walk of life.Presently it has become one of the signs in enterprise production automation and management information. This article puts forward the way to design and layout AS/RS assisted by computer simulation ,and it has very great practical application value to improve the operation efficient of the stereoscopic warehouse ,to distribute the logistics equipments of that warehouse rationally, and to test the whole design of the Material flow and Information flow.

The content of the article is composed of the follow four parts:

The first part, which is the basis of the study, concludes the statement of the structure of AS/RS, the characteristic of AS/RS, the function of the AS/RS and the principle and step of design. The first part is explained in the chapter one. The second part, which is the introduced of PLC. The second part is explained in the chapter two. The third part, which is the study of theory of design of AS/RS. expatiates on the theory of simulation and modeling, introduces the objects and modeling, and introduces the functions of the AS/RS which design of PLC. The third part is explained in the chapter three. The fourth part is introduces of stepper motor and actuator about type and Principle, The fourth part is explained in the chapter four.

We can alse see the place where the block and bottle-neck have taken place and state how they develop, reflecting by the system of simulation. By changing the input of the parameters and simulating the process of production and the impulsion of system arosed by flactuation, we can avoid various unforeseen factors of system design in the state of idealization, have visual and intuitionistic solving way for the block of the system..

In conclusion, The application of automatic warehouse with less floor space and better space utilization ratio has been popularizing gradually. To meet the requirement of the modern production and negotiation, it should use the warehouse with the computer control technology
