2、积极性调动起来以后，怎样保持下去也很重要。
老师在每个教学环节中对孩子的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。
只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太易又不用思考，这都会打击孩子的积极性。
二、课题的引入与各教学环节之间的衔接是课程设计的重点。
许多老师的教学思路设计的都很好。
首先，上课前就让孩子们做热身活动活跃课堂气氛，课程开始后，从单词的讲解，到听力练习，再到对话讨论，一环扣一环可以说衔接得非常自然，孩子们都能很好的理解和跟进，思维没有断点。
孩子们很自然的完成了接触，理解，使用的一系列过程。
三、教师自身的良好素质是讲好课的重要前提和基本保证。

第二堂英语课是高三老师上的，我进去听了一场，我才发现我上课有很多局限，我总是在课上把自己当主体，总是用自己的思维去教英语，没有想到让学生成为主体，他们才能够在上课的时候发挥自己的最大学习能力，这是我没有想到的，果然还是经验太少了的缘故。
在这高三课堂上，这个高三的英语老师是有着十几年的英语一个教学经验的。
