文献汇报英语演讲稿范文

Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand here and present a literature review on the topic of "The Impact of Social Media on Young People's Mental Health." As we all know, social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, and its influence on young people's mental health has become a hot topic in recent years. In this speech, I will summarize the existing literature on this issue, discuss the main findings, and propose some suggestions for future research.Firstly, let's define what social media is. Social media refers to online platforms that enable users to create and share content, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. With the rapid development of the Internet, social media has gained immense popularity among young people, who spend a significant amount of time on these platforms.Several studies have shown that social media can have both positive and negative impacts on young people's mental health. On the one hand, social media can provide a sense of belonging, enhance communication skills, and promote self-expression. For example, a study by Valkenburg and Peter (2011) found that social media use can improve adolescents' social support and emotional well-being.On the other hand, excessive use of social media can lead to various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Several studies have indicated that social comparison, cyberbullying, and exposure to unrealistic beauty standards are significant riskfactors for mental health problems among young people. For instance, a study by Twenge et al. (2018) revealed that increased social media useis associated with higher levels of anxiety and depression among teenagers. Now, let's delve into the main findings of the literature review. Firstly, the existing studies have shown a positive correlation between social media use and mental health issues. However, it is essential to note that the relationship between these two factors is complex and bidirectional. While social media use can contribute to mental health problems, individuals with pre-existing mental health issues may be more susceptible to the negative effects of social media.Secondly, the literature review has highlighted the role of social comparison in influencing young people's mental health. Social comparison refers to the process of evaluating oneself in relation to others, often leading to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. Studies have shown that excessive social comparison on social media can exacerbate feelings of envy, dissatisfaction, and depression among young people.Thirdly, cyberbullying has emerged as a significant concern in the literature. Cyberbullying involves the use of electronic communication to harm, intimidate, or harass others. Several studies have demonstrated that cyberbullying is associated with increased rates of anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts among young people. Finally, the literature review has highlighted the role of unrealistic beauty standards in contributing to young people's mental health issues. Social media platforms often promote an idealized image of beauty, which can lead to body dissatisfaction and eating disorders among young people. In light of the main findings of the literature review, I would like to propose some suggestions for future research. Firstly, more longitudinal studies are needed to investigate the long-term effects of social media use on young people's mental health. This will help us understand whether the relationship between social media and mental health is stable over time or changes as individuals grow older.Secondly, future research should explore the moderating factors that may influence the relationship between social media use and mental health. For example, researchers could investigate how personality traits, coping strategies, and social support networks affect the impact of social media on mental health.Thirdly, it is crucial to examine the role of interventions inmitigating the negative effects of social media on young people's mental health. This could involve the development of digital literacy programs, anti-cyberbullying campaigns, and mental health awareness initiatives. In conclusion, the existing literature has provided valuable insights into the impact of social media on young people's mental health. While social media can offer numerous benefits, it also poses significant risks to mental well-being. Future research should focus on understanding the complex relationship between social media use and mental health, identifying risk factors, and developing effective interventions to promote positive mental health among young people.Thank you for your attention. I welcome any questions or comments you may have.。

ow that the broad cross-reactivity epitope recognized by neutralizing mAb 2A10G6 is highly conserved among DENV 1–4, YFV and WNV [29]. An epitope recognized by mAb 51 belonging to isotype IgM was mapped to 215 KQEKD 219 of the VP1 capsid protein of Enterovirus 71 (EV71), which possessed neutralizing activity in vitro and provided 100% in vivo passive protection against lethal challenge with EV71 strain HFM 41. BLAST analyses of the neutralizing epitope revealed that it was highly conserved among all EV71 strains, but not coxsachievirus 16 [30]. In this study, the epitope recognized by neutralizing mAb A9E8 was mapped to a highly conserved region of the gp90 protein among REVs, which would be useful for development of REV marker vaccines and diagnostic techniques.
Methods and Results: This study describes the identification of a linear Bcell epitope on the gp90 protein by screening a phage-displayed 12-mer random peptide library with the neutralizing monoclonal antibody (mAb) A9E8 directed against the gp90. The mAb A9E8 recognized phages displaying peptides with the consensus motif SVQYHPL. Amino acid sequence of the motif exactly matched 213 SVQYHPL 219 of the gp90. Further identification of the displayed B cell epitope was conducted using a set of truncated peptides expressed as GST fusion proteins and the Western blot results indicated that 213 SVQYHPL 219 was the minimal determinant of the linear B cell epitope recognized by the mAb A9E8. Moreover, an eight amino acid peptide SVQYHPLA was proven to be the minimal unit of the epitope with the maximal binding activity to mAb A9E8. The REV-Apositive chicken serum reacted with the minimal linear epitopes in Western blot, revealing the importance of the eight amino acids of the epitope in antibody-epitope binding activity. Furthermore, we found that the epitope is a common motif shared among REV-A and other members of REV group.

外文文献总结汇报Title: Genetically Modified Crops and Their Role in Sustainable AgricultureIntroduction:Genetically modified (GM) crops have gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential role in addressing global challenges in the agricultural sector. This literature review aims to summarize and analyze several key articles on the topic, highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of GM crops and their impact on sustainable agriculture.Body:1. Benefits of GM Crops:- Increased crop yields: Several studies have demonstrated that GM crops, such as Bt cotton and insect-resistant maize, have significantly higher yields than their non-GM counterparts. This increased productivity can help meet the growing global demand for food.- Enhanced nutritional content: Genetic modification has allowed for the development of crops with improved nutritional profiles, such as iron-fortified rice and vitamin-enriched maize. These biofortified crops can address micronutrient deficiencies in vulnerable populations.- Resistance to pests and diseases: By incorporating genes from naturally resistant organisms, GM crops can withstand attacks from pests and diseases without the need for excessive pesticide use. This can reduce environmental harm and promote sustainable agricultural practices.2. Environmental Concerns:- Genetic contamination: Critics argue that GM crops can crossbreed with their non-GM counterparts, leading to genetic contamination and loss of biodiversity. Steps must be taken to minimize this risk, such as implementing isolation distances and stringent regulations for coexistence.- Herbicide resistance: The widespread use of herbicide-tolerant GM crops has led to the development of herbicide-resistant weeds. This phenomenon requires the adoption of integrated weed management strategies to mitigate the negative consequences.- Unknown long-term effects: Some researchers emphasize the need for further long-term studies to fully understand the potential ecological impacts of GM crops, particularly in terms of gene flow and ecosystem interactions.3. Socio-economic Implications:- Farmer empowerment: GM crops have the potential to improve the livelihoods of small-scale farmers by enhancing productivity and reducing the reliance on expensive inputs like pesticides.- Patent and ownership issues: The control of GM seed production and distribution by a few companies has raised concerns about farmer dependency and limited access for resource-poor farmers. There is a need for policies that promote equitable access to GM technologies.- Consumer acceptance: Public perception and acceptance of GM crops vary across different regions and cultures. Clear communication and educational efforts are necessary to address misconceptions and ensure informed decision-making.Conclusion:GM crops have demonstrated numerous benefits, including increased yields, enhanced nutritional content, and improved resilience against pests and diseases. However, environmental concerns and socio-economic implications warrant caution and further research. Achieving sustainable agriculture requires balancing the potential benefits of GM crops with the need to safeguard biodiversity, minimize environmental harm, and ensure equitable access for farmers. Continued dialogue, scientific research, and regulatory frameworks are vital to harness the potential of GM crops while addressing the challenges associated with their implementation.。

Effective vaccines against ALV are not available. The control of ALV infection occurs primarily by establishing exogenous ALV-free poultry flocks by adopting eradication as the strategy of choice [9]. Because of substantial antigenic and genetic variation among ALV isolates and high levels of vertical and horizontal transmission, eradication has been difficult [10, 11]. Thus, effective methods for the accurate detection of ALV antigens in chickens are critical for the control of ALV infections. The genome of ALV consists of 5’-LTR-UTR-gagpolenv-UTR-LTR-3’. The gag, pol and env genes are the viral structural genes [11]. The P27 protein, which is encoded by the gag gene, is the capsid protein and acts as a group-specific antigen. The ALV P27 gene is highly conserved and exhibits 96 % sequence identity among the exogenous subgroups (A, B, C, D and J). In addition, the P27 protein content accounts for more than 30 % of the viral protein, and P27 has many viral antigen sites that are easy to detect. Therefore, the P27 protein is the first choice for preparing antibodies for detection. Epitopes of proteins are classified as either continuous or discontinuous depending on whether the amino acids included in the epitope are continuous in the peptide chain or not[12–14]. Continuous epitopes sometimes do not represent the entire antigenic epitope in the viral protein but instead only a short cross-reactive portion of a larger, discontinuous epitope [12, 13].

Transmission of breast cancer by a single multiorgan donor to 4 transplant recipatures Source
American journal of transplantation
Extensive research with 5 independent DNA microsatellite markers revealed that this breast cancer was donor derived.

②、Left-kidney recipien
The left-kidney recipient was a 62-year-old female. She underwent a postmortem donor kidney transplantation in April 2007 under highly urgent status because of an imminent lack of vascular access, which was limiting dialysis options. When Eurotransplant reported the death of the lung recipient in 2010 due to donor-derived metastatic breast cancer, the situation was discussed with the patient. It seemed that removal of the transplant was not an option because of a lack of access. A CT scan of the transplanted kidney was performed, which major pathology. Prophylactic antihormonal treatment was considered. However, because there were no data in the literature supporting this treatment, it was finally decided not to start antihormonal drugs.

2、CASE REPORT
The 53-year-old donor in this case had no relevant medical history and donated her kidneys, lungs, liver. The other 4 recipients developed donorderived breast cancer (proven by DNA microsatellite) within 16 months to 6 years after transplantation. Unfortunately, the double-lung recipient, leftkidney recipient, and liver recipient died due to the donor-derived breast cancer. The right-kidney recipient remains alive. After the diagnosis of breast cancer in the transplanted kidney, the patient underwent transplant nephrectomy, his immunosuppression was stopped, chemotherapy was initiated, and he achieved complete remission despite widely metastasized disease.

①、Double-lung recipient
The lungs were allocated to a 42-year-old female who suffered from endstage lung disease due to sarcoidosis with remitting pneumothoraces. In August 2008 (16 months after transplantation), the patient was admitted to the hospital because of transplant dys function. A chest X-ray showed mediastinal lymphadenopathy. A mediastinal lymph node biopsy showed estrogen receptor and progesterone-receptor positive (ER+, PR+) adenocarcinoma. The FESPET scan revealed abnormalities in the lungs and bones. The patient’s immunosuppression was reduced. In September, a CT scan showed lesions in the liver and bones that were compatible with metastases. Six months later, she presented with increasing thoracic pain, hypercalcemia, and renal insufficiency. In August 2009, palliative care was started, and after a few days, the patient passed away.
1、 INTRODUCTION
This case report describes the transmission of breast cancer from a single organ donor to 4 recipients many years after donation. At the time of donation, it was unknown that the donor suffered from a malignancy.
