说明:SYC-B5型半伸缩式吹灰器与SYC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器的结构、工作原理、控制方式、安装与调试方法、维护保养要求等大致相同。

本说明书中仅对其不同之处作了相应的补充说明。

因此,要全面的了解和正确的安装、调试、维护、使用SYC-B5型吹灰器,除本说明书外,还需参看《SYC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器产品说明书》
Note: The Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5 is similar to the Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5 on structure, principle of operation, control method, erection and commissioning, and maintenance, etc. This manual only describes the difference between Model SYC-B5 and SYC-5. Therefore, in order to comprehensively understand this manual for proper erection, commissioning, maintenance and operation of Model SYC-B5, please refer to INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR LONG RETRACTABLE SOOTBLOWER MODEL SYC-5.
第一章概 述
SECTION 1 SUMMARY
SYC-B5型半伸缩式吹灰器(图1)是SYC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器的派生产品。

在结构上,它除了吹灰枪管的长度加长,并相应增设吹灰枪管托板外,其余所有部件结构、控制方式及动作原理与SYC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器完全相同。

SYC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器的枪管顶端装有喷头及喷嘴,在不吹灰时,吹灰枪管退出炉外,而半伸缩式吹灰器的吹灰枪管有一部分始终置于炉内,在枪管的顶端和腰部装有数组(每组1只或2只)喷嘴。

吹灰器在伸缩过程中,不同部位的喷嘴分别吹扫不同的区域,其吹灰区域往往是行程的两倍甚至更多。

Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5(Figure 1) derives from Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5. Except for the structure aspect, Model SYC-B5 has had a longer lance tube, and added the feed tube support accordingly, both models are exactly the same for the other parts and structure, control method and operation principle, etc. For Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5, there are nozzles at the lance top. The lance will retract and stay outside of furnace as the sootblower is not on work. While for Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5, there will always be some section of the lance inside the furnace, and several sets of nozzles(1 or 2 nozzles each set) are installed at the top end and the middle of the lance tube. During the forwarding and retracting course, the nozzles at different locations will blow and clean different areas, and the blowing area is usually twice of the travel of sootblower or more.
在锅炉的省煤器、管式予热器等部位和一些小型锅炉的对流管束,以及某些特种锅炉(如余热锅炉),其烟温一般在600℃以下,吹灰枪管长期置于其中不会被烧坏,其积灰也较易清除。

在这些地方使用半伸缩式吹灰器,完全能达到象使用普通长伸缩式吹灰器一样的吹灰效果,又不需要象普通长伸缩式吹灰器那样宽阔的平台,从而节省了平台空间和投资成本。

For boiler’s economizer, pipe type air pre-heaters and the convection tube bundle of some small scale boilers, and some special boiler, like heat recovery boiler, the temperature of the flue gas is usually below 600 deg C, thus the lance tube will not be burned or damage even if it stays inside the furnace for a long time and the soot can be cleaned easily too. In this case, the Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5 is absolutely able to do a good job like the Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5, but it do not require so wide platform as SYC-5, so that the customers can save money on the working platform.
图3以枪管加长约一个行程长度,具有2组喷嘴的吹灰器为例,说明其工作原理。

图中示出了吹灰器在后端起始位置时,阀门开启(吹灰开始)时和最大行程(吹灰区间最大)时,喷嘴所在的位置,说明加长枪吹灰器是怎样以较小的吹灰行程达到较大的吹灰范围的。

Take Figure 3 as an example, it shows the operation principle of a semi retractable sootblower whose lance length was added by one travel distance and has two sets of nozzles. Figure 3 indicates the locations of the nozzles when the sootblower locates at the initial point, when the blowing valve opens(blowing start) and when it reaches the longest travel (where blowing area is maximum), showing how the sootblower with longer lance blows the maximum area with short travel.
吹灰枪管加长一个行程长度的,是标准的“半伸缩式吹灰器”,其吹灰器行程约为吹扫区间长度的一半,这种吹灰器是应用较多的。

当吹灰枪管加长更多时,则吹灰器实际是几分之一的伸缩式吹灰器。

The standard Semi Retractable Sootblower has a lance tube whose added length equals one travel of blowing and its travel is half of the blowing section length. This type of semi sootblowers are most common. When the added length is more than one travel(such as two or three travel), the sootblower’s travel distance is actually only 1/3, 1/4, etc.
半伸缩式吹灰器的吹灰枪管一般只加长1-3个行程长度,其吹灰效果影响不大。

若加长太多,喷嘴相应增加太多,使气流分散,影响吹灰效果。

The lance tube of Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5 is usually added by one to three travels distance which make no big difference on the soot blowing, but if the added length is too much, and too many nozzles will make the flow disperse, which may influence the general blowing of the sootblower.

第三章结 构
Section 3 MAIN COMPONENTS
半伸缩式长伸缩式吹灰器和普通长伸缩式吹灰器一样,主要由梁、阀门、跑车与电动机、内管、吹灰枪、前托枪、墙箱、电气箱与行程控制等机构部件组成。

只要行程相同,两种吹灰器除吹灰枪管外,其余部件基本相同。

Like the Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5, the Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5 consists of beam assembly, poppet valve, carriage assembly and motor, feed tube, lance tube, front support bracket, wall box assembly, electrical control box and travel control device, etc. With the same travel distance, both types of sootblower have the same configuration and construction, except for the lance tube lengths are different.
半伸缩式吹灰器的吹灰枪管根据选定的吹灰器的行程和要吹扫的区间专门设计。

枪管每增加一个行程长度,则相应增加一组喷嘴。

每组喷嘴间的距离略小于行程,这是因为吹灰器从起始位置到阀门开启有一段距离,在进行吹灰枪管的设计时,已考虑到这一点。

The lance tube of the Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5 is specially designed according to the specific travel distance and the area to be cleaned. For each added travel length, a set of nozzles will be installed. The distance between each set of nozzles is a little bit less than the travel distance, because the poppet valve doesn’t open until the sootblower lance tube moves forward some distance. This point is considered during the lance tube design.
吹灰枪管的加长部分长期悬伸在炉内。

为了防止吹灰枪管弯曲,当悬伸超过一定长度时,装有1块或2块托板支托吹灰枪。

托板为一中间加工有圆孔的钢板,用U型螺栓固定在上部的受热面管子上或固定在下面的受热面管子上。

The added section of the lance will extend and suspend inside furnace for a long time. In order to prevent the lance tube from bending, one or two support brackets will be installed to support the lance at some place as the lance extends to a point. The support plate is a plate with a through hole in the middle, and the plate will be fixed to the pipes of boiler heating surface on top or bottom by U-bolts.
第四章安装与调试
SECTION 3 INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
注意:加长枪吹灰器的安装除要满足普通长伸缩式吹灰器安装的全部要求外,还要注意做好如下几点:
CAUTION: Apart from all the installation requirement of common Long Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-5, additional attention must be paid for the installation of the sootblower with extended lance tube as follows:
4.1 现场焊接吹灰枪管的加长部分
Site Welding of Lengthened Section of Lance tube
根据现场条件,枪管对接焊可在炉外进行,也可将吹灰器吊装在锅炉上之后,在炉内进行。

不论在什么地方焊接,焊接时,一定要保证整根枪管的直线度,保证焊缝质量(要求氩弧焊打底),焊缝外表面要磨平。

As per site conditions, the butt welding of the extended section of the lance tube could be performed outside or inside of the furnace after the sootblower is lift and fixed to the boiler. Wherever the welding job is to be performed, the alignment of the lance tube and the quality of weld seam must be guaranteed during welding and the welding seam must be grinded and rubbed down as well.
4.2 安装炉内托板
Installation of Support Bracket in Furnace
炉内托板保证锅炉在热态运行时,将吹灰枪管托在一条直线上,防止吹灰枪管因长期悬伸而弯曲变形。

因此,安装时必须考虑锅炉运行时,由于锅炉热膨胀引起的吹灰器后端支吊点,接口墙箱(前支承点)和炉内托板间的相对位移及吹灰器应有的疏水斜度。

使用蒸汽吹灰时,疏水斜度约为0.7~0.8%,使用压缩空气吹灰时,吹灰器和吹灰枪管保持水平。

理想的托板应根据以上各因素进行设计,现场安装时,只要根据安装图进行安装即可。

但有时,因为某些资料的欠缺,托板设计做不到这一点,只能在现场安装时,对托扳进行调节。

托板的安装与调节按以下步骤进行(图4):
The support plate inside furnace enables the lance tube to keep straight and avoid tube bending due to long term suspending during the boiler in hot operation. Therefore, during the installation of lance tube, attention must be paid to the relative displacement between the rear support point
of sootblower, connecting wallbox (front support point) and the support plate inside furnace because of thermal expansion and the drainage slope of the lance tube as well. When blowing medium is steam, the sootblower drainage slope shall be 0.7~0.8%, while the sootblower and lance tube keep horizontal when using compressed air as blowing medium. The ideal support plate shall be designed according to above requirements and the erection shall be done at jobsite as per the installation drawing. However, sometimes, the support plate design cannot meet actual requirement due to short data provided by customer, the support plate must be adjusted during site erection. The installation and adjustment of the support plate shall be performed as per steps listed as below (see Figure 4):
A.将吹灰器安装到锅炉的相应部位(应事先已完成吹灰枪管的对接)后,设想现在已是热态运行的情况,调整后端(阀门端),使吹灰器及吹灰枪管的疏水斜度处在锅炉热态运行时的理想位置;
Install the sootblower at the proper place inside furnace and finish the butt welding of the lance tube. Assuming the boiler is in hot running, adjust the rear end(poppet valve end) and make sure the sootblower and the lance tube has an ideal drainage slope under the condition of hot running.
B.安装炉内托板,使之将吹灰枪管托成一条直线。

托板托在枪管的前端,至端部的距离见本公司提供的有关安装图表;
Install the furnace support plate and make sure the lance tube keeps in a line. The support plate will be placed at the front end of the lance tube and please refer to related installation diagram for the detailed location of the support plate.
在某些情况下,如大型电站锅炉省煤器部位,锅炉炉内管束与安装墙箱的外护板膨胀量不一致,炉内管束膨胀量小,在这种情况下,应将托板相应降低(降低量等于炉墙膨胀量与炉内管束膨胀量之差),以保证热态时吹灰枪管的正确位置。

But under some circumstances, like the economizer of large scale utility boilers, the expansions of furnace heating pipe bundle and the outside guard plate where the wallbox is installed are different- the furnace heating pipe bundle has less expansion. In this case, the furnace support plate shall be placed at a lower point – the decrease shall equal to the difference between expansion of wallbox and the furnace heating pipe bundle- to ensure the lance tube at a proper place in hot running.
C.重新调整后端,使之符合有关安装图表给出的吹灰器在冷态安装时的尺寸要求(即后端在垂直和水平方向的偏移量),固定后端。

一般情况下,这时的调整量应等于锅炉在热态运行时,此部位在垂直和水平方向的膨胀量。

Readjust the rear end to make the sootblower be placed at the proper point based on associated installation drawing under the condition of cold running, that is, the rear end displacements in horizontal and vertical directions must comply with the dimensions indicated on the installation drawing. Then fix the rear end. In general, the adjustment shall
be equivalent to the furnace expansion in horizontal and vertical directions in hot running.
锅炉在冷态时,托板一般未将吹灰枪管托成一条直线,甚至未托住吹灰枪。

极端情况下,甚至可能发现吹灰枪管卡在托板孔的上侧。

这时,应将托板孔(上侧)适当加大,以防卡弯吹灰枪和影响灰器的冷态调试。

When the boiler is out of running, the furnace support plate usually doesn’t keep the lance tube in a line, even it doesn’t touch the lance and in some extremely condition, the lance may get stuck in the upper part of the plate hole. In this case, the support plate hole upper part shall be enlarge a little to avoid the lance being bent by the support plate and thus affecting the commissioning of sootblower in cold running.

4.3 调整起吹点位置
Adjustment of Initial Blowing Point
通过改变阀门启闭机构上撞销的位置,调整起吹点,保证吹灰枪管最后端的一组喷嘴进入炉内一定距离后,阀门随之开启。

阀门开启过早,会吹坏炉墙;过晚则在各组喷嘴吹扫轨迹的衔接处会出现未被吹扫的盲区。

The initial blowing point can be adjusted through changing the point of the trigger bar installed on the poppet valve turn-on mechanism, which can enable the poppet valve to open after the last set of nozzles enter furnace for some distance. If the poppet valve open too early, the blowing will damage the furnace wall, while if it opens too late, there will be some blind area where the blowing of each set of nozzle doesn’t cover.
4.4 冷态调试和热态调试
Cold Commissioning and Hot Commissioning
半伸缩式吹灰器冷态调试时,由于托板未能将吹灰枪管托成一直线,因此,吹灰器运行时,有时发生吹灰枪管与托板的碰撞和轻微摩擦是正常的。

Under the circumstances of cold test run, the furnace support plate doesn’t keep the lance in a line, thus it is quite normal when the sootblower lance tube and the support plate collide and make some light scratching.
半伸缩式吹灰器热态调试除要满足普通吹灰器的那些要求外,还要注意吹灰枪管与托板的接触情况。

若不太理想,一般适当调整吹灰器后端支吊即能消除异常,达到较满意的效果。

若发现托板与吹灰枪管接触很不正常时,就要认真分析原因,采取对策。

必要时待停炉后,将托板装到正确的位置。

For the Semi Retractable Sootblower Model SYC-B5, during the hot test run, apart from all the requirements for the usual long retractable sootblower, additional attention must be paid to the contact condition between the lance tube and the support plate. If the contact is not in a good condition, usually, adjusting the rear end support of sootblower could fix the problem. In case the contact is quite abnormal, then a careful investigation and analysis must be made and find the solution. If necessary, the furnace support plate shall be re-installed to proper place when the boiler is off running.。
