水库尖灭点的确定——以大岗山水库为例

摘要:水库淹没处理范围是水库建设中的一项重要内容。科学准确地确定水库尖灭点是移民安置规划和淹没实物调查的前提,合理确定水库尖灭点和淹没处理范围有利于更好的恢复和发展库区及周边的经济。本文以大岗山水库为例,根据河道在不同频率下的汛期及非汛期天然流量水位和水库回水水位资料,进行水位资料分析,使用数学规划的方法,建立以水位曲线方程及尖灭点的确定要求为约束条件,以淹没范围最小为目标函数的数学规划模型;通过lingo软件计算,确定水库的尖灭点。文章分别以百年一遇和二十五年一遇洪水为例,通过上述方法计算得出大岗山水库在百年一遇洪水时水库尖灭点在距离坝址31.02505km处,非汛期的水库尖灭点在距离坝址32.32290km处;大岗山水库二十五年一遇洪水汛期的水库尖灭点在距离坝址32.96918km处,洪水非汛期的水库尖灭点在距离坝32.37619km处。

Scientif ic and accurate determination of reservoir pinch-out point is the premise of resettlement planning a nd flooded investigation , reasonably determine the pinch-out point and reservoir submerged treat ment range is conducive to the recovery and development of a better reservoir and its surrounding economy. Taking DagangShan Reservoir as an example in this paper and according tothe data of r

eservoir water levels of the natural flow at different frequencies in the flood and non-flood se asons, analyze the water level data. Here applying the mathematical programming model which us ing mathematical planning and the establishment of a water level curve equation and the pinch-out point to determine requirements for the constraints and drowning the narrowest scopes the objecti ve function; with the calculations of Lingo software to determine the reservoir pinch-out point. This paper takes a floods in 100 yeas and 25 years respectively as examples, through the method a bove calculates out the distance from Pinch point of Dagangshan Reservoir to the dam site at flood season in a flood in 100 years is 31.02505 km, and at flood season the distance is 32.32290 km; T he distance from Pinch point of Dagangshan Reservoir to the dam site at non-flood season in a flood in 25 years is 32.96918 km, and at flood season the distance is 32.37619 km..Keywords:Reservoir; Pinch-out point; systematic analyses; mathematical planning
