Abstract
The design entitled wutongxinyuan 18# block electrical system design, this building is a class of high - rise building.His building isb-class building, its residential living electricity belongs to the three - level loading, second lightning building design. In the design task, required to complete wutongxinyuan 18# residental building,s A block strong electric, weak electricity system design, Main content are as follows:
Cable TV systems, the engineering design by allocation - branch system, television signal transmission in coaxial cable buried directly introduced into the House of telecommunications in one box.
Illumination and socket design, in addition to the General requirements, taking both its energy-saving and convenient and practical into account.
Low - voltage power supply system for the TN-C-S system, voltage is 380/220V, the use of radial or trunk – powered system. Lightning protection and grounding system design, the lightning protection design of this project under the second category. Repeat grounding and lightning protection grounding and power supply grounding device of weak current system Earth share, their joint resistance ≤ 1.

摘要
本工程是梧桐馨园小区 1#楼电气设计,属民用高层住宅建筑,共 18 层,均为住宅。 在本次设计任务中,完成对梧桐馨园 18#楼的强电,弱电系统设计,主要内容如下:
照明和插座的设计,要求正确选择光源和灯具,满足经济合理,节约电能,安全可 靠的设计原则。
低压配电系统为 TN—C—S 系统,电压为 380/220V,采用放射式或树干式供电。 防雷与接地系统设计中,本工程根据第二类防雷建筑物设计,防雷接地和电源重复 接地、弱电系统接地共用接地装置,其联合接地电阻 R 1 。 有线电视系统中,本工程按分配-分支系统进行设计,电视信号传输的同轴电缆直接 埋地引入本楼的电讯一体箱。 电话及数据网络系统,电话系统由交接箱树干式配线至各层电讯一体箱,数据网络 系统由网络交换机放射式配线至各层电讯一体箱。 本次设计共完成 16 张工程图,这些施工图基本符合国家有关建筑电气设计规范、 标准。通过毕业设计,加深对理论知识的理解和专业技术的应用,为今后的工作打下一 定的基础。 关键词: 照明;插座;供配电;防雷与接地;有线电视;电话系统及网络
