Technician Timer and Service bay Control
The technician can control the work time through a touch screen on the work bay rather than bar code scan. Each technician has a default work bay number, however he can still choose other numbers if he needs to work in other work-bays. It is an Autoline enhancement functions without data double key-in or synchronization. It helps improve the labor efficiency greatly.

Booking Screen for customers
The welcome information will be displayed if the customer has reserved service in Autoline. It is an Autoline enhancement function. Therefore, data synchronization is not needed. This is an effective way of attracting potential customers to use booking service by showing them the Booking Screen directly. It will be improve the consciousness of booking. The bottom section shows some campaign information.

Automatic Caption and Voice Prompt on TV screen: Dear customer of Plate Number XXXXX, your car service is finished, please contact XXX to get back your car, thanks

Live Video Check for Customers
The video of service bay will be live displayed in the lounge room for customers. Each screen will be displayed by round robin. Customer can select the video that he wants to watch with a remote controller. Once the customer selected his car’s plate number, the corresponding video will be popped up and magnified.

Workshop Video Capturing System Architecture
The Network Digital Cameras are installed on the service bays of workshop. The live video records can be kept for around 7 days. Efficiency, stability , simplicity and easy to maintain are fully considered for the System Integration.
License-Plate Identification and Welcome Board
The welcome information will be displayed when the customer is close to the entrance of the dealership. The vehicle plate number will be identified automatically and displayed on the screen. The welcome information could be customized by dealers. If the customer has booked the service in advance, a notification will be prompted on the screen of SA who is assigned to serve this customer as soon as the camera captures the Vehicle's plate. The SA will also get a text message on the cell phone.

A GUI interface on SA’s PC for monitoring more detailed service status as well as the time information A welcome screen at the entrance of the dealer shop to show s booking and welcome information.
