内容摘要

本课题为北京地区办公楼的钢筋混凝土框架结构设计,建筑面积约2982.36m,共5层,首层层高4.2m,其余各层层高为3.3m。本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架5轴框架的抗震设计。首先,根据建筑方案及所选用的建筑材料及做法,确定结构计算简图,进行荷载和内力计算,绘制了相应的内力图;其次,进行结构内力组合,确定结构控制截面的弯矩、剪力和轴力设计值。最后,根据已经计算出的结构控制截面的内力值,对梁、板、柱、等进行配筋计算,并绘制了相应的结构施工图。通过本次设计充分理解和正确掌握多层房屋钢混框架结构的的受力特点和内力分析计算,熟悉相关的构造要求,同时提高工程制图技能,掌握正确的图纸表示方法。

ABSTRACT

The topic for the Beijing area of reinforced concrete frame structure building design, four layers, Construction area of about 2982.36m, 5 floors , the first floor storey 4.2m, 3.3m for the remaining layers storey.The design of the main structure of the program carried out in the framework of five -axis horizontal seismic design framework First of all, according to architectural drawing of design, building material and method, determine schematic calculation, thus completing the load and internal forces calculation, drawing a map corresponding to the internal forces; Secondly, proceed the structure internal force combination, determine the structure control sectional bending moment, shearing force and ax force design value. Finally, according to already calculate structure control sectional internal force value, the beam, slab and columns, the foundation being reinforced, and the mapping of the corresponding structure construction plan. Through this design to fully understand and correctly grasp the multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure housing the mechanical characteristics and internal force calculation,Familiar with the relevant structural requirements , while improving engineering drawing skills and master the correct drawing representation.
