堡狮龙HCD133(2)TSDL电话机说明书(通用)铃声音量调节在挂机状态下,按『音量』键可循环调节铃声音量大小,共有4级音量可选,“IN9U0L 4”为最大、“IN9U0L 4”为最小“CrESC”为声音渐强。
免提音量调节在按『免提』键摘机状态下,按『音量』键可循环调节免提接收音量大小,共有2级音量可选,“HFU0L 2”为最大、“HFU0L 1”为最小。
显示亮度调节在挂机状态下,按『亮度调节』键可循环调节显示屏亮度,共有5级亮度可选,“LCD 5”为最大,“LCD 1”为最小。
菜单设置(设置菜单如有出错可按﹡#06﹡恢复默认设置,清除存储)挂机状态下按『设置』键进入设置状态,LCD显示“SE£ 1 DA£E”,此时可以按上查键或下查键选择设置项,LCD同时显示对应的设置项,再按『设置』键进入该项设置。
在某项设置完成后,按『设置』键确认同时将会进入下项设置,所以设置都已按『设置』键确认完成并转到下一项,用上查键或下查键修改具体设置项,按『删除』键退出设置状态,具体设置如下:设置日期/时间1.显示屏显示“SE£ 1 DA£E”,按『设置』键确认进入日期/时间设置。
2.看到年份后两位字体闪烁,此时按上查或下查键修改,完成后按『设置』键确认,并进到月的设置,修改方法与年的设置相同也是按上查键或下查键修改。
3.重复以上步骤可依次修改日、小时、分钟4.按『删除/R』键退出设置区域码1.显示屏显示“SE£ 2 CODE”,按『设置』键确认,显示屏显示“CODE-----”2.按上查键或下查键,设置第一区域吗3.第一位设置好后,再按『设置』键确认,进入第二位设置,同上方法一样依次设置4.按『删除/R』键退出设置出局码1.显示屏显示“SE£ 3 PCODE”,按『设置』键确认,显示屏显示“CODE—”2.按上查键或下查键设置出局码,再按『设置』键确认3.按『删除/R』退出例如:用户是公司内线直拨打外,前面需先拔“9”再拨外线电话号码的,那么“9”就是出局码,按上设置好出局码,再回拨来电,预拨号时,若号码大于或等于6位且首位与出局码不同,按『重播/回拨』键,滑稽会自动加拨9,回拨去电则不考虑添加出局码。

Do not stand it on carpets or other surfaces which generate fibres or place it in locations which prevent the free flow of air over its surfaces.Setting upFollow these steps to set up your Paragon 400 ready for use.•Use only the power adaptor supplied.•There is a slight chance that your phone could be damaged by an electrical storm. We recommend that you unplug your Paragon 400 from the mains power and telephone line socket during storms.•The Paragon 400 will produce a certainamount of heat during operation. Whilst this is entirely safe we would advise against placing the product on antique, veneered or wooden surfaces as damage may occur.•Do not use your Paragon 400 in damp, humid conditions such as bathrooms.•Do not expose the equipment to fire or water.•Simply clean your Paragon 400 with a damp cloth (not wet) or an anti-static wipe. Never use a dry cloth as this may cause a static shock.SafetyInsert one LR61 battery (not supplied).The battery compartment must be fully closed for the battery to work.Battery low warningThe display indicates when the battery power is low. If no battery is inserted, it remains lit.21Plug the mains adaptor cord into the L I N EThe Paragon 400 automatically goes through a start up process during which the display shows INITIALISING and the monitor light flashes.On completion the unit display will show the time and number of messages.3Plug the mains adaptor into the wall socket and switch onSETTING UP1Turn around the handset clip to prevent the handset from falling when the product iswall-mounted.2Use the template on page 25 to drill holes in the wall. Leave a small gap between the screw3Place your Paragon 400 over the screw headsand slide down.WALL DESKIf you use your Paragon 400 as a desk phoneyou will need to fit the stand on to the base.Ensure all the cables on the underside of thebase are in their respective channels.Proceed by holding the stand as shown in theillustration, ensuring the two arrows are facingeach other.Now lower the stand so that the two lugsnearest to you, fit into the corresponding holeson base, as shown.Push and squeeze until the stand clicks intoplace from front and back as shown in the inset.ARROWSSETTING UPIf number is being stored as 2 touch (M11-M20) then:Enter the number to be stored.Pressand release the SHIFT button and then press and hold M1-M10until prompt begins.The prompt will say “(telephone number)is stored in memory 11”and display will show M11stored.Using the quickdial memoryYou can store 20 telephone numbers, each up to 32 digits long. The first 10 are stored under the locations M1-M10. The second 10 are stored under the locations M11-M20 using the shift key.TELEPHONETwo way recordingIt is possible to record a telephone conversation.Your Paragon 400 also has two mailboxes which enable you to divide your messages for added convenience, for example, into personal and business messages or for two individual people.To use the mailboxes, your outgoing message should tell callers to press 2or 3on their keypad before leaving their message. Your Paragon 400 will then record the message in Mailbox 2 or Mailbox 3 as selected.For example, an outgoing message could be,“Hello, thank you for calling. To leave a message for Jim, press 2; to leave a message for Janice,press 3; or just speak after the tone ”.If your caller does not select a mailbox, the message is recorded in the main mailbox.Using the MailboxesANSWER MACHINETo use the pre-recorded outgoing message and announcementWhen your answering machine is switched on,the pre-recorded message will automatically greet callers with:“Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment,so please leave your message after the tone.”Callers can skip this message by pressing #and start recording after the tone.You can replace this message with your own personal outgoing message. The pre-recorded message remains in the memory and you can always choose to use it again.If your answering machine is switched to Answer Only your outgoing message is: “Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment and you can not leave a message so please call later.”ANSWER MACHINETo playback messages in Mailboxes 2and 3Press the mailbox you want to listen to.The button will light up.Press PLAY and follow the above steps.Message and Ring indicatorThe message indicator blinks when you have new messages or memos. When you have played them back, the indicator goes off. It will also flash when the telephone rings.When your answering machine is set to answer ON, the display shows the total number of messages stored.ANSWER MACHINETo use Caller return (Auto 1471)Caller return automatically dials 1471 after a caller has left a message on your answering machine and records the announcement giving the telephone number (if available) and the time and date of the call. So even if a caller chooses not to leave a message, you may still have their telephone number recorded.18•Setting the answering delay to 2 rings.•Turning the ringer volume off.•The VIP interrupt tone is played at the loudest volume setting.When VIP is switched off, the settings return to their previous values. Using VIPVIP is an enhancement of Call screening. When VIP is switched on, calls are answered silently by the telephone answering machine.The user gives out a 2 digit code (userdefinable) to callers that they want to hear from.When a VIP caller enters the VIP code during the outgoing message playback or the incoming message record period a distinctive audible alertis given to inform the user locally that a ‘VIP ’ is trying to get through.The default setting is OFF .19ANSWER MACHINEUsing Remote accessYou can switch on your answering machine from another phone and, providing you are using a TouchTone T M keypad, play back your messages and memos.To help keep your messages private, yourParagon 400 requires you to enter a 4-digit PIN.The pre-set code is 0000.20OPTIONAL212223HELPHelpHelp and adviceEmergency callsThe emergency services can be contacted in the UK by dialling 999or 112which is valid in any country that is a member of the European community.No dialling toneCheck that your machine is connected to the phone socket.Display does not come onCheck that your machine is correctly connected to the mains power and that the power is switched on.Check that the mains power cable is plugged in to the back of the machine.Outgoing message does not recordSpeak clearly – within 20cm of the microphone –when recording your message.Incoming message does not recordCheck that your machine is set to ANSWER ON and that the recording capacity is not full.The caller may be speaking too quietly or has a bad connection.Cannot access your machine from another phoneMake sure the phone you are calling from has a TouchTone TM keypad.When entering your security PIN, allow enough time - at least 2 seconds between each digit for your Paragon 400 to recognise each one.To resetIf your Paragon 400 will not respond to anybutton presses, remove the back-up battery and turn off the power for 10 seconds. Turning the power back on will reset your machine toANSWER ON mode. However, please note that during resetting, all messages will be lost.General informationGuaranteeYour Paragon 400 is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.Subject to the terms listed below the guarantee will provide for the repair of, or at BT’s or its agent’s discretion the option to replace the Paragon 400, or any component thereof, (other than batteries), which is identified as faulty or below standard, or as a result of inferior workmanship or materials. The Paragon 400 has a REN of 1. Any other instrument provided by BT may be assumed to have a REN of 1 unless otherwise stated. A total REN of 4 is allowed.Connection to the BT telephone network Paragon 400 is fully approved for connection to the BT network provided it is used according to the instructions in this guide. It can store at most 62 groups ofnumbers. User can check, delete, re-call the coming callnumbers.Check the incoming number: Press the “UP” buttoncan show the last call number and time. Press the“DOWN” button can show the next call number andtime.Re-dial the number: Press the “RD” button, the phonewill dial the show number automatically. Talk whenconnected. Press the “RD” button twice continuously,the phone will re-call automatically.Delete: Press the “DEL” button to delete the callnumber. All the call numbers will be deleted when pressthe “DEL" button for 4 seconds.2.To store and check the dial number and time:After dialing the number for 8 seconds, the phonebegins timing automatically. The dial number will bestored after hanging up. It can store at most 10 groups.User can check, delete, re-call the call numbers.Check the dial number: Press the “OUT” button cancheck the dial number and time. 二、产品功能1)拨号暂停功能2)最后一组号码重拨3)静音功能三、产品安装及使用1.打开彩盒,取出电话机与2根电话线,把话筒曲线一头(两头不分)插入主机左侧面的插孔,另一头插入话筒手柄的插孔;将另外一根电话线(两头不分)一头插入电话机后面的插孔,另外一头插入墙板的电话口。
2.打开主机背后的电池盒后盖,按照正确的+-极性装入3节7号电池,盖上后盖,此时电话机屏幕应该有显示,否则电池没有装好请重新检查直至屏幕显示正常;3.提起话筒,听筒应该听到“嘟--”拨号提示音,说明接通,可以正常使用了。
如果无声,请检查电话进线是否接触正常。
看图:四、产品常见故障现象及维护方法1、铃声异常(1)电话机挂机时铃响不断。
一般是电话机振铃电路中的电容被击穿短路,使收铃器输入失去直流作用。
挂机时外线直流外线馈电电压为振铃集成IC提供工作电源,所以挂机时铃响不断。
一般只要更换打振铃电容就可以了。
如果振铃电容没坏,应检查抑制电路板是否漏电或是否由于焊点处理不当而短路。
(2)铃声小。
检查在收铃状态下集成IC的直流电压是否为25~27V。
若低于正常值较多,应检查输出耦合电容是否漏电或击穿短路,若电压基本正常,应检测输出衰减电阻阻值是否变大,开关、线圈是否局部短路,否则就是IC性能不良。
2、无振铃当电话机出现无振铃故障时,要在振铃状态下按以下步骤检查。
①测量整流桥输入交流电压。
正常时约为60V;若接近0V,应检测振铃电容和降压电阻是否断路,开关是否损坏或引线是否脱焊。
②测量振铃IC的直流电压。
正常时为25~27V;若接近0V,应检查整流、滤波电路是否被击穿短路,整流桥是否有二极管损坏,否则就是振铃IC内部短路。
3、无送话用镊子碰通话集成IC时,从受话放大器中听到感应交流杂音,说明是送话输入电路有问题,应检查话筒线、送话器及供电可调电阻是否良好;外围元件是否接触不良。

一、产品特点:1.LCD可显示拨出号码、来电号码、时间及其它信息。

二、使用说明:1.使用前的准备:把带有水晶头的RJ11线插入本机的RJ11接口,另一端连接到带电设备或者外线上,此时屏幕显示初始化时间、日期,话机处于备用状态。
2.外线查询:此款查话机类似电话子母机,如果需要查询本坐机号码,按开关建可以拨打自己的手机或者其它设备查询本坐机的电话号码,如果机房查询可使用鳄鱼夹查询,方便、简单。
3.内线查询:可根据交换机的功能发送指令,查话机会自动接收回拨,方可查询内线电话。
4.拨号、通话操作:本机摘机方式为按键方式(键盘上设有开/关按键),接听电话:把开关按到“挂机”状态,听到铃声后,直接按“开/关”键接听,拨打电话:直接按“开/关”键,听到拨号音后拨号,所拨号码会显示在液晶屏上,拨通即可通话,通话完毕挂机即可。
5. 字体明暗度调节:查线机待机状态下,连续两次按下“闪断”键,即可进行1至5段明暗度调节。
三、系统设置:1.挂机状态按住[设置],进入设置状态,LCD 显示,此时,用[上查、下查]键可改变设置项,LCD同时显示对应的设置项。
