Because of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) the outstanding performance, low cost, in many fields instead of wood and steel.Our country because of the construction industry, the development of the active polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is booming, and can't meet the needs of all domestic.
由于聚氯乙烯优异的性能,成本低,在许多领域代替了木材和钢铁。我国由于建筑行业的活跃,聚氯乙烯的发展正在蓬勃发展,而国内不能满足全部的需求。
学生在设计时,必先了解物料性质、原料性质和要求,氯乙烯精馏工艺改进和采用先进氯乙烯先进工艺。氯乙烯精馏塔设计:物料恒算,塔板数计算和确定,塔的工艺条件和物性计算,精馏和提留气液负荷计算,塔和塔板计算,流体力学校核,塔板负荷性能,同时对氯乙烯精馏工段的低沸塔进行了物料衡算,塔及其附属设备的选型,最终完成了设备的确定,并绘制了相应的工艺流程图和设备布置图。

氯乙烯又名乙烯基氯,是一种应用于高分子化工的重要的单体,为无色、易液化气体,是塑料工业的重要生产原料,是生产聚氯乙烯塑料的单体;或与醋酸乙烯、丙烯腈制成共聚物,用作粘合剂、涂料、绝缘材料和合百度文库纤维,也用作化学中间体或溶剂。氯乙烯生产在化工工艺重有着举世瞩目的地位。
氯乙烯的理化性质无色有醚样气味的气体,沸点-13.9℃,熔点-160.0,闪点-17.8℃,冷凝点-159.7℃,相对密度(水=1):0.91,易燃易爆,与空气混合能形成爆炸性混合物。微溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮等多数有机溶剂。
我国经济的稳定增长,对聚氯乙烯的需求量很大,对原料的需求业逐渐增加。因此氯乙烯的发展前景很好。从世界形势看,中东、南美和中国在未来5-8年内对全氯乙烯的需求仍然将保持增长的势头。其中中国的需求增长尤为强劲,需求量的年均增长率将达到8%-10%。中东和南美地区对全氯乙烯的需求量的年均增长率将达到5%以上。
