摘要

城市生活垃圾是人们生活中不可避免会产生的综合废弃物。它不仅会影响城市市容，有碍城市的精神文明建设，随意丢弃的垃圾还会污染水体、大气、和土壤，甚至进一步危害人类健康。大量和快速增长的城市生活垃圾，需要及时清运和妥善处理处置，给城市管理者带来了巨大压力。城市生活垃圾已经成为城市建设经展中的棘手问题，而如何有效地处理处置城市生活垃圾成为越来越多学者关注的课题。

本论文在概述了国内外城市生活垃圾处理研究现状和生命周期评价概念及其应用领域的基础上，详细介绍了生命周期评价模型的具体内容，主要包括：目的与范围的确定、清单分析、影响评价和生命周期解释。随后，以武汉市为例，将建立的生命周期评价体系具体应用到实例中，按照生命周期影响评价方法，对武汉市城市生活垃圾的清单分析结果进行影响分类、特征化、标准化、加权评估，并最终得到全球变暖、酸化、光化学臭氧合成、富营养化、生态毒性这五种不同环境影响类型在卫生填埋、高温堆肥、焚烧处理及综合处理各个方案中的环境影响潜值。

尽管武汉市在综合处理城市生活垃圾上取得了一些成果，但是离垃圾“减量化、资源化、无害化”还有一定的差距。最后，根据生命周期评价结果，本论文给出了武汉市生活垃圾综合处理经展模式和一些具体措施，以实现经济和社会协调经展。

Abstract

Municipal solid waste will inevitablly occour during people’s ordinary life. Not only will uglify the city appearance, it will also impede the city’s spiritual civilization.What’s more, the carelessly disposed waste will also pollute the water, air, and soil, and even harm to human health further. A large and rapid growth of city garbage needs to be removed and disposed efficiently have given a great pressure to the city management. Municipal solid waste has become a thorny issue in urban construction and development, which have make more and more scholars come to concern about how to effectively deal with those solid waste.

Based on summarizing the current research situation for domestic and foreign municipal solid waste treatment and introducing the life cycle assessment concept as well as its application field,this paper researched the life cycle evaluation model in detail including the determination of the purpose and scope, inventory analysis, impact evaluation and interpretation of the life cycle. Subsequently, take wuhan city as a example, the paper combined the life cycle evaluation model with this real situation,under the life cycle evaluation model research method,after classified、characterized、standardized and assessment weighted the Wuhan municipal solid waste list analysed result, and the potential environmental impact value of global warming, acidification, photochemical ozone synthesis, eutrophication, eco-toxicity of these five different environment impact type in four kinds municipal waste treatment methods were obtained ultimately.

Although the Wuhan city has reached a remarkable achievement in treating the urban life garbage, it still have a long way to go to reach the resource, harmlessness and shrinkage standards on the garbage treatment. Finally, based on life cycle assessment results, this paper have given development model and some specific suggestion to Wuhan city on municipal solid waste treating so as to reach the goal of harmonious development of society and economy.
