摘要

城市轨道交通都是以安全、高效、快捷的宗旨为乘客提供优质的服务,地铁塞拉门虽然只是地铁上的一小部分,但它的一开一合却总是吸引着旅客的注意,它就像是乘客了解地铁的那双眼睛,作为旅客上下车通道的客室车门,它在车辆的运营中扮演着重要的角色。

本文介绍了城轨车辆电动塞拉门的基本结构、工作原理及运用情况,针对车门在运用中常见的故障问题,提出了改进的建议,通过针对性的整改,有效降低了电动塞拉门的故障率,提高车门的安全可靠度。城轨车辆的车门系统是故障突发率最高的一个系统,容易造成列车下线、晚点甚至清客等影响安全运营的事件。

电动塞拉门系统在实际运用中的表现水平不断提高。电动塞拉门具有隔音密封性好、乘坐舒适度高以及安装于车辆的外形美观等优点,但相对于在国内地铁车辆上广泛应用的内藏门、外挂门而言,电动塞拉门在应用中也暴露出一些问题,通过有针对性的整改不断提高塞拉门的安全性和可靠性,满足了地铁安全运营的需要。

Abstract

The purpose of urban rail transit is to provide high-quality service for passengers with safety, efficiency and speed. Although the subway salamander door is only a small part of the subway, its opening and closing always attract the attention of passengers. It is like the eyes of passengers who understand the subway. As the passenger's room door, it plays an important role in the operation of vehicles. This paper introduces the basic structure, working principle and application of electric plug doors for urban rail vehicles. Aiming at the common faults in the operation of electric plug doors, some suggestions for improvement are put forward. Through pertinent rectification, the failure rate of electric plug doors is effectively reduced and the safety and reliability of the door is improved. The door system of urban rail vehicles is one of the systems with the highest breakdown rate. It is easy to cause accidents such as train dropping off, delaying or even clearing passengers, which affect the safe operation. The performance level of electric plug door system in practical application has been continuously improved. Electric plug door has the advantages of good sound insulation and sealing, high ride comfort and beautiful appearance installed in vehicles. However, compared with the internal and external plug doors widely used in domestic metro vehicles, there are also some problems in the application of electric plug door. Through targeted rectification, the safety and reliability of plug door are continuously improved to meet the safety of Metro operation. Need.
