制动钳失效的故障原因：
• 管路不能提供足够液压力； • 真空压力降低，不能提供足够液压力； • 制动钳活塞不能移动造成失效； • 制动管路泄漏，造成压力损失，从而出现制动疲软； • 前器活塞出现过敲现象，造成所需液量增加，造成制动疲软； • 制动管路末端汽化，造成时有时无制动或者严重时制动完全丧失； • 矿物油污损制动系统的橡胶件，以致橡胶件发泡 ，产生制动液内泄漏，从

制动钳异响 诊断方法：
➢ 首先对制动钳总成上的联接螺钉和轴承检查，是否存在松 动；
➢ 然后确定导向销（或者轴销）的销孔是否有油脂，无油脂 或者油脂比较少的情况下导向销（或者轴销）运动时，制 动钳会发出异响，此时需要添加油脂（需要注意油脂的牌 号），添加油脂异响就会减小或者消除；

通过介质制动液, 将制动主缸提供的制动液压力和液量传递到前盘式制动 器,推动制动钳中的活塞移动, 产生一定的推力，由制动钳浮动平衡摩擦块的位 置和压力作用于制动盘,从而产生所需制动力矩,达到减速或制动的目的。

制动钳异响 诊断方法：
➢配合间隙检查：拆卸导向销（或者轴销）能够检查导向销（或者轴
销）是否有非常明显的磨损痕迹，导向销（或者轴销）口部和头部都有明 显的磨损痕迹（手感触能够明显感觉到不平）则是异响。
在此需要说明的是：为了保证灵活有效制动，销孔与导向销（或者 轴销）在设计时就有存在一定的间隙，即使是新制动钳在用力晃动时也能 听见金属响声并明显感到销孔与导向销（或者轴销）有一定间隙，在使用 一段时间的情况下导向销（或者轴销） 表面处理层会出现磨损，只要零 部件不出现变形或者不平就属于正常状态。
