The new Deal was a serious of economic programs implemented in the United States between 1933 and 1936.They were passed by the United States Congress during the first term of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The programs were Roosevelt’s responses to the Great Depression, and focused on what historians call the “3Rs”

The New Deal was not simply the response to severe economic crisis. Partial adjustment of capitalist relation of production.

1.By 1938 ,the New Deal was over with the expansion of the Europe crisis ,it switched from domestic to foreign affairs
2. Avoid fascism (German and Japan shifted the burden)
