摘要

随着旅行业的迅速进展,旅行业对人才的需求量也在逐步的加大,各大旅行社之间对人才的争夺也日渐猛烈,拥有一支高素养的人才队伍关于旅行社的进展至关重要。作为知识密集型企业,旅行社的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。然而,随着旅行院校培训出旅行人才的增多,人才的流失也在加剧,同时旅行业的人才流失率远远高于其它行业,如何样吸引这些人才,留住这些人才是旅行业不得不重视的一个问题。本文在对赵艳辉等学者研究的基础上结合个人在旅行社长期从事导游实践工作、在学校所学到的相关理论,分别从社会经济因素、公司组织自身因素、人才自身因素三个方面进行分析,深刻揭示出旅行社在对人才高需求的情形下人才高流失的全然缘故,之后分析人才的流失对旅行社所造成的消极阻碍,最后依照缘故分别从经济、公司组织、人才自身三个方面提出解决人才流失的具体计策,为旅行业的健康进展提供借鉴。

Abstract

With the rapid development of tourism, tourism of talent demand increased gradually was also between, travel agencies to talented person's race also intensifying, with a high quality talent team is vital for the development of the travel agencies. As knowledge-intensive enterprises, travel competition is actually talent competition. However, as the tourism colleges tourist talents trained multiplied, talent loss also increased the wastage rate of tourism, and other industries, how far higher than these talents, keep these attracted attention of talent is the tourist had to a problem. This article through to ZhaoYanHui based on the study of such scholars engaged in by personal in travel guide practical work, and has learned in school, separately from the related theory of social economic factors, company organization oneself factors, talent its own factors, deeply analyzing the three aspects of talents in reveals travel under the condition of high demand the root cause of loss of talent, high after the loss of in-depth analysis of talents of travel related negative impact caused by, finally, according to the reasons from economic and corporate organization respectively from three aspects, personnel oneself put forward to solve specific countermeasures of brain drain for the healthy development of tourism industry, providing reference.
