中药的质量体现着中药治疗疾病的本质,建立

完善的质量标准评价体系,是中药研发的核心问题。药效组分理论的提出纠正了现行中药质量标准存在的问题,填补了传统中药标准与现代中药标准融合的空白。中药的药效组分具有配伍稳定、组成固定,各组分的含量、比例恒定的特征,正是这种比例关系决定着中药的疗效。药效组分的确是以传统中药的功能与主治作为基本验证的指标[1-2]。本次实验

是在中药药效组分理论指导下,分析配伍对葛根中生津止渴黄酮类药效组分3'-羟基葛根素-葛根素-大豆苷-大豆苷元的影响,探讨中药药效组分与药效的相关性,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供科学数据。

1 仪器与材料1.1 仪器

功能的相关性,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC 法梯度洗脱测定葛根生津止渴功效的四组药对中黄酮类药效组分3'-羟基葛根素-葛根素-大豆苷-大豆苷元。结果:葛根-天花粉,葛根-黄芪,葛根-知母,葛根-玄参药对中葛根的黄酮类药效组分含量比例依次为2.05∶4.27∶1.12∶1,2.43∶5.15∶1.15∶1,2.08∶4.53∶1.00∶1,1.50∶4.12∶1.01∶1。结论:葛根生津止渴的黄酮类药效组分3'-羟基葛根素-葛根素-大豆苷-大豆苷元比例范围为1.50~2.43∶4.12~5.15∶1.01~1.15∶1,可作为其质量控制的指标。

Abstract:Objective :To study the determination variation of flavonoids active components alignment in four groups of Radix Puerariae Lobatae compatibilities. To investigate the correlation among compatibility,active components alignment and tastes of herbs function. To provide the scientific basis for establishing quality standard corresponding to clinic curative effect. Methods :The flavonoids active components alignment 3'-hydroxy puerarin-puerarin-daidzin-daidzein in four groups of Radix Puerariae Lobatae compatibilities which can stimulate saliva and reduce thirst were analyzed by HPLC with gradient elution.

Results :The proportion of determination of flavonoids active components alignment in Radix Puerariae Lobatae-Radix Trichosanthisk,Radix Puerariae Lobatae-Radix Astragali,Radix Puerariae Lobatae-Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Radix Puerariae Lobatae-Radix Scrophulariae was 2.05∶4.27∶1.12∶1,2.43∶5.15∶1.15∶1,2.08∶4.53∶1.00∶1,1.50∶4.12∶1.01∶1 respectively. Conclusion :The variation range of the flavonoids active components alignment in Radix Puerariae Lobatae which can stimulate saliva and reduce thirst in which 3'-hydroxy puerarin-puerarin-daidzin-daidzein was 1.50-2.43∶4.12-5.15∶1.01-1.15∶1,which can be scientific indicators for quality control.
