屹立不倒。现代企业越来越发现人才是企业最珍贵的财富。近年来,中国企业在高速发展的过程中,只重视扩大企业规模,忽视了人事工作的改善,尤其是人才招聘工作,导致很
多企业在人才吸纳、培养、保留等各个环节存在众多的问题,严重制约了各大企业的发展。因此,企业应当对人事招聘工
作重视起来,不断地进行改善和优化,提升人才招聘水平。
首先介绍了该文的研究目的、意义以及研究思路和方法,并给出人力资源招聘的相关理论综述。然后结合C企业概况,组织架构和招聘现状,运用问卷调查法、数据分析法对C公
司人事招聘工作中存在的问题进行分析,最后针对C企业人
才招聘相关问题提出解决对策。文章最后高度概括本文主要
内容,提出招聘工作改进的方法。

Abstract
Human resource is the source power of enterprise development and an important factor to decide whether an enterprise can stand out in the fierce market competition. In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is still the competition of talents. Talents are the basis
of creating value for enterprises. Human resources are the most precious resources of enterprises. In recent years, China's enterprises have developed rapidly, but in the process of rapid development, they unilaterally attach importance to the expansion of enterprise scale and performance, but neglect the synchronous improvement of human resources management, especially the recruitment of talents. As a result, many enterprises have many problems in the aspects of talent absorption, cultivation and retention, which seriously restrict the development of large enterprises. Therefore, attaching importance to human resources management, improving and optimizing human resources recruitment, and improving the level of talent recruitment are urgent problems for major enterprises in the 21st century.
Firstly, this paper introduces the research purpose, significance, research ideas and methods, and gives some related theories of human resources, as well as concepts and theoretical overview of recruitment and allocation. Then, combined with the general situation of C company, organizational structure and recruitment status, this paper explores and analyses the personnel recruitment of C company by questionnaire survey and data analysis, and focuses on the existing problems and reasons of the current recruitment mode. Finally, the problems existing in the recruitment and allocation of C enterprises are solved and optimized. At the end of the paper, the main contents of this paper are summarized, the methods of improving recruitment work are put forward, and the limitations of the research are pointed out.

21世纪是中国经济和科技迅速发展的时段,与此同时许多企业也在迅速发展,人是企业创造价值的基础,是企业竞争的核心力量,是企业最珍贵的资源,因此,招聘工作对于任何一个公司和单位来讲都是一项重要工作。为企业甄选人才,并不是吸引大量的应聘者入职这么简单,最重要的是吸引和留住优秀的人才。与此同时,企业实施招聘工作的根本目的是根据需求获得优秀的人才,并且优化人力资源管理,减少不必要的人员流失。同时,企业有一个好的招聘计划可以在招聘的过程当中宣传和树立公
司形象。因此招聘工作能够真正为企业的战略目标作出基础性的贡献,是企业在发展过程中不可避免的一个非常重要的课题。企业需要在吸引优秀人才的同时,准确的分析公司各部门的人才需求,严格制定招聘计划,在吸引到优秀人才的同时树立企业形象。本文结合C企业的招聘方案进行研究,目的在于通过分析C企业招聘工作的现状,通过数据分析,发现内外部招聘中存在的问题,并针对不同的问题提出相应的防范措施或建议。
