摘要
本课题基于各居民楼以及宿舍公寓的电能计量和数据远传中存在的问题,设计了一种分体式单相电能表。分体式单相电能表主要户外表(计量控制部分MCU)和户内表(插卡输电显示部分UIU)两部分组成,外表安装在室外,内表安装在室内,两表使用4芯通讯线连接。
系统主要构成:(1)电能计量单元:由ADE7755构成,它的主要作用是通过对电压、电流的采样,实现对各个用户所用电量累积和存储,并把电量转换成相应的脉冲信号,送进单片机进行处理。(2)单片机系统:本次主要采用PIC单片机,它具有性能高、速度快、体积小、价格低和通用性强等特点。它的主要作用是接收ADE7755送来的脉冲信号,转化并存储各用户的用电量,经过相应的处理后,控制显示单元定时和轮流显示各用户的用电量,同时控制对外通信,完成远程控制等工作。(3)采用RS485通信。(4)显示单元:采用LCD 显示,显示用户的剩余电量和用电总和。(5)接触式IC卡单元:实现预付费功能。采用射频卡。实现先买电,后用电,当电量不足时断电报警,通知用户买电。电量用尽时,自动实现断电功能。
随着我国电力行业的发展,电表也日益智能化。分体式单相电能表的电能计量、数据处理运算、IC卡读入、用电量显示等装置分装成户内户外两部分,两个表内各设一套通信装置,相互间利用RS485进行通信。主表可按原电能表的进出接线接入电网,另一个表放在家庭公寓内。目前,市场上的电能表有很多问题,如计量电能存在误差,户数越多,误差越大,并且电表箱损坏严重。分体式电能表能准确实现电能计量,实现预付费功能,并且能有效的制止窃电现象的发生。综合上述,分体式单相电能表,功能全、体积小、性能价格比高,符合我国农村和城市的现实状况,具有非常大的市场潜力。

ABSTRACT
This topic is based on energy metering for residential buildings, as well as dormitory apartment and remote data transmission problems, the design of a split single phase energy meter.Split single-phase energy meter outdoor table (measurement control part of the MCU) and the indoor tables (card transmission part of UIU) composed of two parts, the appearance is installed outdoors, the inner table installed in the interior, and two tables using the four core communication cable.
The system main components:(1) energy metering unit: ADE7755 constitute its main role is the sampling of the voltage, current, power accumulated and stored on individual users, and power conversion into the corresponding pulse signal sent to the microcontroller for processing.(2) single-chip system: The main use of the PIC microcontroller, which has high performance, high speed, small size, low price and versatility. Its main role is to receive the ADE7755 sent the pulse signal, conversion and storage of all users of electricity consumption, after appropriate treatment, the control unit timing and cycle the power consumption of each user, while controlling external communications, and complete remote control job.(3) by RS485. (4) Display unit: LED display to show the user the remaining sum of electricity consumption and electricity.(5) contact IC card unit: pre-paid functionality. Using radio frequency card. The realization of the first to buy electricity, electricity, when the low battery power alarm to notify the user to purchase electricity. Power is exhausted, the automatic power-off function.
