扁桃体切除术主要用于扁桃体肿瘤尧慢性扁桃体 炎等疾病的临床治疗袁 随着医学技术的进步和发展袁 采用低温等离子系统辅助手术成为行之有效的治疗 方式[1-2]遥 医师可利用低温等离子系统释放高频等离子 生成的能量袁将等离子电极与局部组织间的电解质转 换成等离子蒸汽层袁通过等离子中的带电粒子分开细 胞间分子的结合键袁使细胞分解为碳水化合物袁实现 边切割边止血的手术效果袁因此在临床上得到了广泛 应用[3-4]遥 为了探讨更加科学的手术方案袁本研究选取 我院收治的 60 例扁桃体切除术患者为研究对象袁就 不同手术方案的应用效果展开论述袁现报道如下遥

Methods Sixty pa鄄 tients with tonsillectomy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different surgical schemes, 30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional tonsillectomy, while the observation group received low temperature plasma tonsillectomy. The surgical treatment, postoperative pain and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group, and the time of alveolar membrane falling off was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1, 3 and 5 days after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups at 7 days after operation (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications be鄄 tween the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of hypothermic plasma tonsillectomy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation, promote the repair of local tissue, shorten the operation time and relieve the pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
