1.0 Purpose目的
To effectively manage environment, keep safe and clean of working place all the time, establish good habits of staff, improve working process and standardization.
为了有效做好环境管理,使工作场所随时维持安全、整洁的状态,培养全员的良好习惯,让工作更合理化、标准化。

2.0 Scope范围
This procedure is applicable to all areas of the company for all staff.
适用于公司各部门及所属的工作区域、公共区域及全体员工。

3.0 Definition定义
3.1 6S: Sort / Simplify / Sweep / Standardize / Self Discipline / Safety.
6S:整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全。

3.2 Sort: Sort the useful and useless materials and timely eliminate useless materials.
整理:区分有用和没用的物品,并将无用物品及时清除。

3.3 Simplify: Store the useful materials by index and keep available.
整顿:将有用的物品分门别类的存放,保证立即可用状态。

3.4 Sweep: Sweep the useless materials.
清扫:将无用的东西进行清除。

3.5 Standardize: Maintain the 3S above mentioned and manage by standardization.
清洁:维持以上3S的成果,并将此进行标准化管理。

3.6 Self Discipline: Establish good habits of staff for problems solving timely and correctly.
素养:让员工能养成良好及正确的解决问题的习惯。

3.7 Safety: Create the safety environment for staff and make sure staff does the safety action.
安全:给员工创造一个安全良好的环境和确保员工无不安全行为。

3.8 3Fixed: fixed position, fixed amount, fixed items.
3定:定位、定量、定物。

3.9 6S committee: Formed by department heads, responsible for implementation plan, promotion and
organization of 6S
6S推行委员会:由环安小组组成,负责 6S实施规划、推动和组织
4.0 Responsibility职责
4.1 6S Committee: Take charge of plan, promotion, implementation, check, announcement, correction and
improvement of 6S. R egularly conduct 6S check by plan in workshop, office area and public area,
record and follow up items to be improved until closed.
6S推行委员会:负责规划、倡导、推行、评核、公告及奖惩、检讨改善。

按计划定期对作业场所、办公区域、公共设施等厂区进行3定6S检查,并对检查结果进行记录和后续跟踪直至问题解决完成。

4.2 EHS: HR manager is the chairman of 3Fixed6S committee. Responsible for 3fixed 6S check plan and
training of staff, organization of 3Fixed6S routine check and monthly check report to General Manager.
EHS:人力资源经理为 3定6S 推行委员会的主任委员。

负责制定3定6S检查计划及员工的教育培训,组织3定6S活动的日常检查并负责向总经理汇报3定6S的月度性实施和评价结果。

4.3 Each Department: Safety committee members of each department shall urge staff clean work station
after work, and maintain the tidy situation.
各部门:各部门环安小组成员为推行委员并负责督导所属员工做好3定6S 活动,每天工作结束后督促本部门员工对本人工作区域进行清扫、整理和整顿工作,保持作业场所的干净、整洁。

5 Procedure 程序
5.1 Unit to be checked受评核单位
5.1.1 Office unit: Office in all management level, including GM office, Program office, Production office,
QA office, HR office, Finance office.
办公室单位:包含总经理办公室、项目部、生产部、质量部、人力资源部、财务部。

5.1.2 On-site operation unit: Production workshop, raw material, finished goods, lab and maintenance
workshop.
现场作业单位:生产车间、原材料库、成品库、收料区﹑实验室、维修间。

5.2 Audit scope: department working place and respective area, public areas, and their staff.
评核范围:各部门工作场所与所属范围、公共区域及所属员工。

5.3 3Fixed6S plan and implementation 3定6S活动的计划和实施
5.3.1 HR Manager prepares assessment methods for office and workshop environment and submit to
General Manager for approval.
由人力资源经理编制办公室及现场作业环境3定6S有效性评价方法后,交给总经理批准.
5.3.2 6S Audit frequency: HR manager coordinates the regular audit every month.
6S实施频率:人力资源经理主导每月进行一次稽核工作。
