摘要

作为全新的官民交流的方式，政务微博的就是一种全新的交流形式。政务微博就是借助了互联网的体系，在政府的管理和指导下，发布信息，解释疑惑，了解群众心声。政务微博已经从“走过场”的形式化变成了真正的服务群众的平台，更加贴近群众生活和需求，更加务实。

本文以武汉市政府在新浪网开通的政务微博为研究对象，采用了数据分析法、文献分析法和个案研究法，重点了解了我国政务微博的现状，发展里程，以武汉市政务微博为例，分析了现在政务微博运行过程中出现的问题以及原因，根据我国现有的实际情况，结合当下优秀的政务微博案例，提出了对策。政府充分利用政务微博这一平台，调动了社会周围的各种社会资源，为群众服务。政务微博的主要有信息发布和宣传功能，服务功能，互动交流功能。

政务微博的兴起和发展，是对政府传统信息发布的一个重要补充，是落实服务型政府的重要举措。在政务微博以后的发展汇总，要明确政务微博的定位，规范政务微博管理条例，加强政务微博运营人员培养，改善政务微博用语和互动机制。发挥政务微博的特色，进一步完善管理机制，利用政务微博平台，更好的为群众服务。

Abstract

As a new way of official exchanges, government microblogging is a new form of communication. Government micro Bo is the use of the system of the Internet, in the government's management and guidance, the release of information, to explain the doubts, to understand the aspirations of the masses. Government microblogging has become a real service people from the form of the past into the field, and more close to the people's lives and needs, more pragmatic.

Based on data analysis, literature analysis and case study, this paper focuses on the status quo of government micro blog in Wuhan, and analyzes the problems and causes in the process of government micro blog in Wuhan. The paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures according to the actual situation in our country. The government make full use of the platform of government micro blog, mobilize all kinds of social resources, to serve the masses. Government micro blog is the main information dissemination and publicity functions, service functions, interactive communication.

The rise and development of government micro blog is an important supplement to the government information release, and is an important measure to implement the service oriented government. After the development of government micro Bo summary, to clarify the positioning of government microblogging, regulate government microblogging management regulations, strengthen the government microblogging operators training, improve government microblogging language and interactive mechanism. Play the characteristics of government micro Bo, to further improve the management mechanism, the use of government microblogging platform, the better for the public service.
