城市居民参与社区治理的现状、题目及愿景的研究

【中文摘要】与西方国家相比,我国城市社区建设和治理的时间并不长,理论和实践上还存在不少空缺点亟待研究和解决。而城市居民参与社区治理(本论文中简称为社区参与)作为社区治理的要素之一,是城市社区建设和治理的内在驱动力,是我国城市社区建设的真正源泉所在。然而笔者以为,当前我国城市社区建设和治理中面临的最大题目恰正是广大居民的有效参与不足,这势必影响到城市社区建设的进一步发展,进而影响到整个***社会的建设。本人目前从事社区工作,在实际工作中对居民社区参与也一直比较感爱好并进行了一定的探索。本人力图运用所学的公共治理学知识,通过个案分析、问卷调查和文献研究等方法,结合实践,对我国现阶段城市社区参与的现状和题目进行较为系统而深进的分析,并提出相应的对策和建设性意见,以指导实践。全文共分三个部分。第一部分,从社会转型期这一社会背景进手,对社区治理和社区参与的相关理论进行分析和阐述。第二部分,着重对城市社区参与的现状进行了分析。通过典型案例和问卷调查的数据(在撰写论文过程中,笔者通过召开座谈会、个别访谈以及问卷调查等形式,对社区参与的现状进行了比较深进的调研),既反映出社区参与在实践中所取得的初步成效,同时又深进探讨社区参与的不足与原因。第三部分通过对国内外城市社区参与情况的比较分析,从体制、机制、法律、意识形态四个方面提出加强和改进我国城市社区参与不足题目的相关对策和思考。本课题的研究,对构建可持续发展的***社会具有现实意义。');

【Abstract】 Compared with Western countries, China\'s urban community construction and management time is not long.
