摘要
转炉实现负能炼钢是衡量一个现代化炼钢厂生产技术水平的重要标志,转炉
负能炼钢意味着转炉炼钢工序消耗的总能量小于回收的总能量,即转炉炼钢_!几序能耗小于零。
本文通过转炉炼钢热平衡的计算,由能量守恒定律可以得到转炉__I_序能耗模型,分析计算转炉工序中各个能量消耗以及回收利用的情况,来讨论是否能够进
行负能炼钢。通过对模型中各个因素的分析,研究在理想条件下转炉工序能耗的
最小值,进而分析实际能耗与最小能耗的差异。对于转炉能耗指标分析得到如下
结论:
(1)提高转炉煤气和蒸汽回收量、降低电的消耗量是实现负能炼钢的关键;
(2)原始炉气中CO的浓度越大,煤气回收量就越大;当空气吸入系数越小,
转炉煤气回收比越大,煤气回收量也越大;当铁水比越大,铁水中的碳以及含碳
物料中碳氧化产生的总共的炉气量越大,煤气回收量也越大。
(3)在理想工况条件下,吨钢最小氧气的消耗量为72.97kg/t,即S 1.08m3/t;最大煤气回收量128.83扩/t;最大蒸汽回收量71.63k醉;工序能耗的最小值为
一18.96kgce/t;
(4)通过对转炉能耗进行分析与计算,得出在目前的消耗水平下,若蒸汽回收
量平均达到52卿,其转炉煤气的回收量至少要达到88扩/t的水平,转炉刁’能实现“负能炼钢”。

Abstract
The realization of converter negative energy consumption steelmaking is very important symbol for a modern steel making enterprise } which means the total energy consumption of converter steelmaking process is less than the total energy recovered during the steelmaking process.
The discussion of the realization of negative energy consumption is based on the calculation of thermal equilibrium, the result of process energy consumption modeling,and the analysis of various converter processes energy consumption and recycling.
By examination of the various factors of the model is studied in standand the modynamic state. The minimum energy consumption of the converter processes the analysis of actual energy consumption with the smallest differences in energy consumption. Analysis of energy consumption model for the converter shows: (1) Increasing the recovery amount of gas and vapor and reducing the energy consumption are the keys for negative energy steel-making;
(2) The greater the concentration of CO in the original furnace gas, the greater the gas is recoveried; the smaller the air inhaled coefficient,the greater the converter gas is recoveried, and the greater the volume of gas is recoveried; the greater the molten iron and the carbon content in molten iron and carbon-carbon materials in the total oxidation of the furnace, the more the amout of recoveried gas is.
(3) Under ideal working conditions, the smallest oxygen consumption per ton is 72.97kg/t, i.e. 51.08m3/t; the largest gas recovery volume is128.83m3/t; the largest collection of steam is 71.63kg/t; The minimum process energy consumption is一18.96kgce/t;
(4) Considering the calcuted results of energy consumption and the practice, if the average amount of vapure recovery is 52kg/t, the converter gas recovery is at least 88m3/t ,then the converter can achieve "negative energy consumption."
