项目进度计划优化研究
摘要
工程项目的进度控制是三大控制的重要内容,建筑产品的最终形成是在施工阶段,因此,在施工阶段进行严格的进度控制就显得格外重要。要想规范施工行为、实现施工目标,就必须控制好施工进度,本文正是围绕怎样控制建筑工程的施工进度这个问题展开研究。为了实现建设工程项目总工期最短和工程总费用最低的进度目标,本文以建设工程项目施工阶段各工序的工期和费用为研究对象,以工期优化基本原理和网络计划工作总时差性质为基础,结合建设工程项目进度计划的基本理论使用建设工程项目工期━费用优化的基本数学模型,对关键线路和次关键线路进行比较,设计出工期优化的可行性方案。且在施工过程中,在多种不确定因素影响下,对施工进度进行动态管理优化,最终达到按时甚至提前完工并减少成本的目的。
