摘要

我国是世界上农用塑料薄膜使用量最多的国家。塑料薄膜在农田的应用所取得的保温保湿保墒增产的效果,已得到农业生产公认。虽然我国农地膜的产量及覆盖面积均居世界之首。

但我国目前农膜的发展水平与世界先进水平相比,仍有很大的差距,这些差距主要表现在产品品种少、大型生产设备与国外有很大差距、各种耐候、耐高温、高性能薄膜的研究落后等等。农用聚乙烯薄膜具有保温性、防雾无滴、耐热性、透光性、耐候性、彩色专用等特性。在国外的研究进展主要有生物降解地膜、光降解地膜、光/生物双降解地膜、植物纤维基地膜和液态喷洒式可降解地膜;国内的研究进展主要有环保型麻地膜、可控光生物降解地膜、多功能可降解液态地膜和生物降解淀粉薄膜。今后我国农业产业的布局必定向区域化、特色化发展,产业中心将继续向优势产区发展,设施结构趋大型化,环境调控趋智能化。

本文主要研究在我国农膜应用相当多,科技不断发展而现实生活对农膜功能要求越来越完备情况下,发展多功能农膜的可行性,调整农用塑料薄膜产品结构的方向和策略。

Abstract

Our counctry is the world's agricultural use of plastic film in most countries. Plastic film made in the field of application of insulation soil moisture retention, increase production effect has been recognized, agricultural production. Although the agricultural film output of China and the coverage area of ranking first in the world.

But China's current agricultural development level compared with the world advanced level, there is still a large gap, the gap is mainly reflected in the less product variety, large production equipment and overseas has the very big disparity, all weather, high temperature resistant, high performance film research behind. Agricultural PE film with insulation, anti fog no drip, heat resistance, weather resistance, transparency, color special characteristics. Research progress in foreign countries are biodegradable mulch film, light degradable mulching film, light / biodegradable plastic, plant fiber base film and liquid spraying type of biodegradable plastic film; and domestic research progress are environmental friendly bast fiber mulching film, light controlled biological degradable mulching film, multifunctional degradable liquid mulch film and biodegradable starch film. The future of China's agricultural industry layout will be oriented regionalization, specialization development, industrial centers will continue to develop to the advantage of producing areas, facilities structure tending to large-scale, environmental regulation and intelligent.

This paper mainly studies the application of considerable film of our country, the

development of science and technology and in real life on film and function more complete case, the feasibility of the development of multifunctional plastic sheeting, direction and strategy of agricultural plastic film product structure adjustment.
