摘要

随着我国现代化进程的不断加快，我国的建筑业也正在蓬勃的发展，建筑物的类型也日趋复杂化，施工难度也随着建筑物类型的多样化而变得更加复杂。在现今，除了不断提高施工工艺，研究新工艺、新方法以及新材料等技术因素之外，相应的工程项目管理方法也应该随之而不断提高。我国建筑业经过近几十年的不断发展，已经渐渐与国际接轨，逐步实现了管理层与劳务层的分离，极大地提高了施工效率。

工程项目管理在建筑工程施工中的作用不言而喻，随着新式管理技术关键线路法与计划评审法的科学发现，更加为工程项目管理的发展提供动力。施工组织设计是在工程项目前期不可缺少的文件，它是对工程施工的总体计划，对工程项目实施过程中的管理控制具有指导性意义。古语云：凡事预则立，不预则废。施工组织设计正是起到了“预”的作用。我国的建筑业正处于发展的黄金时期，施工组织设计的优越性将日益突出。

Abstract

As China's modernization process, the development of China's construction industry is booming ,and the types of buildings are becoming increasingly complex, besides, the difficulty of construction with the various types of buildings and become more complex. China's construction industry after decades of development, has been gradually in line with international standards, and gradually realize the separation of the management layer and service layer, greatly improving the efficiency of construction.

It is self-evident role of project management in construction, with the new management technology of CPM and PERT, provide the impetus for the development of engineering project management more. Construction organization design is indispensable in Prophase Project file, it is the overall plan for the project construction, the implementation process of the management control has guiding significance to engineering project.
