Step 2 Skimming

Skim the passage quickly and match the main idea with each paragraph.

Step 3 Read Para. 1 and answer the questions

1.What does Mickey look like?

2.Where did Mickey first appear?

3.When did Mickey first appear?

4.Who made Mickey appear?

Step 4 Read Para 2 and complete the short passage

Read Para 2 and fill in the blanks. Finish the passage ---Why is Mickey so popular

Step 5 Read Para 3 and tell T or F

Read Para. 3 and tell T or F

1. Mickey became very hot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1988.

Step 6 Read the passage and finish the time line
