垂直循环式立体车库停车设备结构设计

【摘要】：现今生活水平的提升带动了越来越多普通家庭对出行代步工具——汽车的消费，在经济高速发展中出现的汽车保有量剧增和房产市场的繁盛的背景下，停车难就自然成为了社会生活中急需解决的严重矛盾，本设计就是针对当前各线城市发展进程中遭遇的停车困难的社会性问题，了解其中缘由，提出了着力于立体停车库的发展的办法来解决当前的难题。有效的做到了减少稀有土地资源的浪费，符合现在提倡的环保、低能耗，绿色经济发展，最重要的是方便了我们的出行停放车辆。停车库的设计的重大创新在于转变了传统车库一车一位的平面式的格局，开发设计出有限土地资源利用最优化的机械是立体停车库。在国外立体车库的设计已有四十年左右的发展史了，在实践中不断改善设计，为以后的发展提供了更好的方向。相对较早在国外开始发展的立体车库，立体车库在我国的发展现状处于开端时期，存在许多技术困难，关键性的方面在于国内对立体车库的特点没有全面且深入的认识，导致认知上的缺失，这就成为了立体车库在我国前期发展不够快速全面的主要原因之一。

机械式立体车库在环保性、经济性、安全性、节能性等方面上是单一平面式车库不能企及的，本设计以垂直循环式立体车库的适用范围广泛，设备能耗低，土地利用率高等优势，作为这次分析和研究的车库，设计内容涉及立体车库的基本机构结构、汽车升降机构，车辆停放的车笼结构等，在此展望未来我们能在立体车库设计方面有更多启发，逐步将立体车库的设计运用普及到我国的社会生活中，停车将不再是生活中的难题。

problems.Effective to reduce the waste of rare land resources, in line with the environmental protection, low energy consumption, green economic development, the most important is to facilitate our trip parking vehicles.The major innovation of the design of the garage lies in the transformation of the plane pattern of one car and one in the traditional garage, and the development and design of the optimized machinery for the use of limited land resources is a three-dimensional parking garage.The design of three-dimensional garage has been around for forty years. Improving design in practice has provided a better direction for future development.Relatively early in the foreign development of the three-dimensional garage, the development of three-dimensional garage in China is at the beginning of the development, there are many technical difficulties, the key aspect is that the characteristics of the three-dimensional garage in China is not comprehensive and in-depth understanding, resulting in the lack of cognition, which has become a stereoscopic garage in China's early development. One of the main reasons why it is not fast and comprehensive.

The mechanical stereoscopic garage is unavailable to a single plane garage in the aspects of environmental protection, economy, safety and energy saving. This design uses a vertical circular garage with a wide range of applications, low energy consumption and high land utilization advantages. As a garage with this analysis and research, the design content involves three dimensions. The basic structure of the garage, the car lifting mechanism, the parking structure of the vehicle, and so on. In the future, we can have more inspiration in the future of the design of the three-dimensional garage, and gradually popularize the design and application of the

three-dimensional garage to the social life of our country, and parking will no longer be a difficult problem in life.
