摘要:以模拟养猪废水为处理对象,进行了磷酸铵镁结晶小试实验,考察了pH 值、NH +4、Mg 2+、Ca 2+和CO 2-3浓度对磷酸铵镁结晶反应的影
响;利用扫描电镜2能谱分析仪(SE M 2EDX )和X 射线衍射仪(XRD )对结晶产物进行了表征.结果表明,磷酸铵镁结晶反应的最佳pH 值范围为
9.5~10.5;随着NH +4与磷摩尔比的增加,磷的去除率增大;最佳的镁与磷的摩尔比为1.4∶1,过高的镁盐投加量对提高反应效率作用不明显;
Ca 2+的存在对磷酸铵镁结晶产物的晶形、纯度均产生干扰,当Ca 2+增至一定浓度时,反应将生成无定形的磷酸钙沉淀;CO 2-3的存在会降低磷
的去除率,但不影响磷酸铵镁的晶形与纯度.关键词:磷酸铵镁;结晶反应;磷回收;晶体形态

Abstract:U sing synthetic s wine waste water,s mall 2scale batch experi m ents were carried out t o investigate the effects of pH,ammonium nitr ogen
concentrati on,magnesium (Mg )dosage,calcium (Ca )and carbonate (CO 2-3
)concentrati ons on magnesium a mmonium phos phate (MAP )crystallizati on .The mor phol ogy of the crystals obtained was observed with Scanning Electr on M icr oscopy with Energy D is persive X 2ray analysis (SE M 2EDX ),and the compositi on of the crystalswas analyzed by X 2rayD iffracti on (XRD ).The results show that the op ti m um pH value f orMAP crystallizati on is in the range of 9.5~10.5;the P re moval efficiency increases with the increase of N ∶P molar rati o;the op ti m um Mg ∶P molar rati o is 1.4∶1.Excessive Mg dosage does not have an obvi ous effect on the efficiency of MAP crystallizati on .The p resence of Ca disturbs the mor phol ogy and purity of the MAP
p r oduct .Amor phous calcium phos phate will for m when Ca reaches a high enough concentrati on .CO 2-3
affects P removal efficiency,but does not obvi ously affect the mor phol ogy and purity ofMAP .
