1.Be able to analyze the modern trend of globalization of business and appreciate its impact on the world economy and on business strategy. 2.Apply theories of strategic management to a multinational enterprise. 3.Identify strategies for surmounting constraints on international business operations.

Introduction
A example: a car Designed in Germany Assembled in Mexico by DaimlerChrysler Components made in the US and Japan that were fabricated from Korean steel and Malaysian rubber. Filled the car with gasoline at a BP service station. The gasoline is made from oil pumped out of a well off the coast of Africa by a French oil company that transported it to the US in a ship owned by a Greek shipping line.

Yin Hao is a lecturer at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. He has had 6 years of teaching experience in economics and management. He holds the Ph.D. degree in management from Hohai University. He has published more than ten articles in journals. He teach in international accounting and international business. His main research interests are in M&As and Integrated Evaluation.
