摘要

近年来，随着互联网的不断发展，越来越多的企业瞄准了海外消费的市场，进而产生了“跨境电子商务”。河南跨境电商企业因为自身规模较小，流动资金有限，在购置了自身需要的硬件和必须的软件设施后，很难拿出一部分资金放在企业的互联网建设上。再加上企业管理层互联网认识较差，不注重建设，使得河南跨境电商企业网络营销互联网发展缓慢，困难重重。当前河南跨境电商企业互联网发展问题主要就是网络基础设施建设较薄弱，严重影响了互联网的发展，同时也影响着网络营销的开展。因此，本文从跨境电商的发展趋势及概述入手，分析了跨境电商的概念、跨境电子商务模式、跨境电商的发展趋势，进而分析了河南跨境电商出口贸易的发展现状，引出了河南跨境电商出口贸易的发展瓶颈，即：河南跨境电商出口贸易的政策缺陷、退换货问题、河南跨境电商出口贸易物流业发展滞后、河南跨境电商出口贸易交易的信用问题凸显，最后，提出了加强河南跨境电商出口贸易发展的策略，如：开辟河南跨境电商新模式、优化跨境电子商务的退换货模式、盈利模式创新、收取中介费、增加广告收入、整合跨境电商交易大数据。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet, more and more enterprises aimed at overseas consumption of the market, and then produced a "cross-border e-commerce." Henan cross-border electric business enterprises because of their small size, limited liquidity, in the purchase of their own hardware and the necessary software facilities, it is difficult to come up with part of the funds on the enterprise's Internet construction. Coupled with the management of the Internet is poor understanding, do not pay attention to the construction, making Henan cross-border electric business enterprise network marketing Internet development is slow, difficult. At present, the development of Internet in Henan is mainly due to the weak construction of the network infrastructure, which seriously affects the development of the Internet, but also affects the development of Internet marketing.
