Read this book,I was shoked that there are a lot of mixed feeling ,also belive that this book is not the last time I read it in my later life.As a student study geography information system as majior ,no strange to softweredevelopenment for us ,but I had never imageined that a summary of the completion of projet may have to be so creative .make me from full code clear introduction of sublimation ,expending into software developmente executive have also made me so I have a lot of sentiment . Fist of all,I really wanted to like programming ,as a girl ,a lot fopeople don’t think this is a very suited to programming sex.but after reading this book ,Idecid to love this working as I fist accepet it ,that delight ,Idecid keep that felling forever.just like the book said ,programming is a work that have two aspects,one sidegeive you a very proud feel and a big happy whatdifficultyto express,but other side,when you meet some mistack when debug order,that is very suffering things,expecial when the programme is sweeping,you may spend many time to find where have make mistack result in the whole programmecouden’t regular move ending.noting could be bader than this time,it was very toeture .

Secondly, in the course of the completion of a project, reasonable scheduling is done faster and better guarantees. While we stubbornly believe that progress can't keep up with more manpower to be deployed will increase the speed of work in order to compensate for the delays, which is really a manpower deployed, our confidence in the progress of the increase were disappointed with it doubled, we did not see a speed improvement, on the contrary is crazy man month increase. It was: slipping projects to increase manpower will only progress further behind.
