［摘要］　目的　研究三七愈风胶囊治疗高黏滞血症的临床疗效及其对血液流变学指标

和血氧自由基的影响。方法　选择高黏滞血症患者400例，分为观察组300例和对照组100例。观察组用三七愈风胶囊治疗，对照组用多烯康胶丸+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，2组疗程均为6周。治疗前3d 内及治疗结束±3d 内，对TC 、TG 、HDL -C 、全血黏度（高、中、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞电泳时间及Rots 进行2次检测；对临床疗效予以统计，并进行对比分析。结果　观察组总有效率为88%，对照组总有效率为75%，组间有显著性差异（P <0.01）；观察组治疗后除红细胞压积外，TC 、

TG 、HDL -C 、Rots 、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数、

红细胞电泳时间等指标均较治疗前明显好转（P <0.01或0.05）。与对照组相比，除HDL -C 、红细胞刚性指数外，余

观测指标的好转情况均明显好于对照组（P <0.01或0.05）。结论　三七愈风胶囊治疗高黏滞血症安全、有效，并有一定程度的抗血氧自由基作用。

Abstract ：Objective It is to study the clinical curative effect of Sanqi Yufeng capsule on hyerviscosamia and the influ⁃ence on hemorheology index and blood oxygen free radical.Methods 400patients with hyerviscosamia were chosen and divid⁃

ed into two groups.300cases were in observation group and treated with Sanqi Yufeng capsule.The other 100cases were in control group and treated with Duoxikang soft gelatin capsule plus enteric coated aspirin tablets.The course of treatment in the

cyte electrophoresis time and Rots were respectively done at the first three days of treatment and the end of treatment ±three days.The statistics on curative effect was done and comparatively analyzed.Results The total effective rate in observation

group was 88%and that in control group was 75%and there was significant difference between the two group （P <0.01）.In observation group after treatment ，except hematocrit ，TC ，TG ，HDL -C ，Rots ，whole blood viscosity ，plasma viscosity ，e⁃

rythrocyte aggregation index ，erythrocyte deformation index ，erythrocyte rigidity index and erythrocyte electrophoresis time were all obviously improved （P <0.01or 0.05）.Except HDL -C and erythrocyte rigidity index ，other indexes of improvement ob⁃

served in observation group were all better than those in control group （P <0.01or 0.05）.Conclusion Sanqi Yufeng capsule

高黏滞血症（BHS ）是指血液中脂质或其他血液黏滞因子超过正常高限和/或血流动力学改变，

导致血液黏度增加，血流缓慢，血液流变学参数异常的一种临床病理综合征［1］。该病主要引起人体心、脑、肾等重要器官缺氧、缺血，出现头晕肢麻、思维迟滞、情绪异常、心慌胸闷等症状，甚至出现脑卒中、

心肌梗死等严重疾病。尤其是低切变率下血液黏度增高可出现在冠心病发生之前［2］。我院运用ACT -2000超高倍显微镜影像检测系统，通过一滴血干片的直接观察，发现BHS 患者血中代表氧自由基的活性氧毒性物质（Rots ）团块明显增多，推测BHS 的病理变化可能与自由基损伤有关。近年来我院通过反复临床实践，筛选药物，制成三七愈风胶囊，开展了中药治疗BHS 及其对血氧自由基影响的研究，取得了预期效果，现报道如下。
