摘要：本论文分为两部分，前部分为排水系统后部分为照明系统。排水系统是有三个单元的五层住宅楼，每单元为10住户。工程由给水系统、热水系统和排水系统三部分组成。工程提供了六张施工设计图纸：中间单元底层给水、热水、排水工程平面图（图1）；厨房给水、热水、排水工程平面图（图 2）；卫生间给水、热水、排水工程平面图（图 3）；中间单元给水系统轴测图（图 4）；中间单元热水系统轴测图（图 5）；中间单元排水系统轴测图（仅右边五层用户，图 6）。

给水系统，由户外阀门井埋地引入自来水供水管道，通过立管经各户横支管上的水表向其厨房和卫生间设备供水。热水系统，由小区换热站经地沟引入热水管道，并通过立管经各户热水表，由横支管向其厨房洗涤盆和卫生间洗脸盆、浴盆设备供水；而热水回水由立管返回地沟，通向小区换热站。排水系统，是有卫生间与厨房的排水管道，经不同排水立管，再经其排水管引至室外化粪池。

照明部分设计图共两张，其中电气照明平面图如图3-1所示，配电系统图如图3-2所示。

一个单元内每层共两户，有A、B两种户型：A型为4室1厅，约92m2；B型为3室1厅，约73m2。共用楼梯、楼道。每层住宅楼采纳220V单相电源、

TN-C接地点式的单相三线系统供电。

parts, the front part is drainage system for lighting system. The drainage system is five and three residential units, each unit of 10 households. The project is composed of a water supply system, hot water system and drainage system composed of three parts. The project provides six construction design drawings: intermediate unit bottom water, hot water, drainage engineering plan (Figure 1); drainage water, hot water, kitchen planar graph (Figure 2); the bathroom, hot water, water supply and drainage engineering plan (Figure 3); the middle unit feed water system of Axonometric Drawing (Figure 4); the middle unit heater system isometrics (Figure 5); the middle unit drainage system isometrics (only five layer user right, FIG. 6).

The water supply system, water supply pipeline is introduced from the outdoor buried vertical pipe valve well, through to the

kitchen and bathroom equipment water through each transverse branch of the water meter. Hot water system, by the small heat exchanger station into the hot water pipeline through the trench, and through the riser after each water table, the horizontal branch to the kitchen sink and toilet washbasin, tub water supply; and the return water riser returns by trench, leading to the area of heat exchanger. Drainage system, drainage pipes are bathroom and kitchen, with different vertical drainage pipe, and then by the drainage pipe leads to outdoor septic tank.

Lighting design in all two pieces, wherein the electrical lighting plan as shown in Figure 3-1, distribution system diagram as shown in figure 3-2.
