How to make it easier for the terrorists to hijack the plane? Just carry a Samsung Note 7.

On Sep.26, 2016,at about 6am, Mr. Hui was looking at his new Samsung Note7 that he just received last night. Suddenly, the phone burnt and began to swell. Some smelly black hot water quickly sprayed to his fingers. He had severe pain in the fingers. He threw the phone aside at once. Then the phone bumped. He was scared and surprised. Actually, it was the first accident but not the last one.

Because the several serious bombing began to accumulate, the Samsung Company felt obliged to investigate. They found out it was the problem of the battery. They warned the clients not to charge the phone more than 60%. But the problem still hasn’t been solved. As a result, the company decided to recall the Samsung Note 7s which have been sold and stopped producing the phone after a few weeks.

Information shows us that the reason that it stopped producing is the safety problems. From the warning event we can see that, the Samsung Company didn’t really want to recall the phone. But the hidden danger of bombings was so big that they had to stop the production of Note 7s. Just as the Internet user said,’ although it’s already known that will bump, it’s quite scary to happen by our side.’So the action of recalling is extremely wise.

Then let’s take a look at the iPhone 7s.

After Sep.16, 2016, the publishment of the iPhone 7s, lots of people went to buy them. But the sales volume was much lower than before. The latest information shows that 80% of the users would like to buy iPhone 8 instead of 7. A half of the users want to update the phone after the publishment of iPhone 7s. And there are also 19% of them want to give up the Apple phone and use the others such as mimi and Samsung. It is not an optimistic data. It means that the market of the iPhone 7s is not good at all. iPhone 7s only have little increase base on the 6s, including the twin cameras, the updating of interior collocation and the adjustment of design but have an important updating next year for iPhone 8s. For example, the all-glass engine and the OLED screen. That’s why most users would like to update instead of buying---the lack of innovation.

Now, we can make a summary. If a mobile phone want to be approved and popular, there are two important things:

One is to have a good quality. It is the foundation of everything. Without a good quality, the phone will have hidden danger and be like Samsung Note7s. It won’t be approved. The other one is to have a big innovation when updating. You have to turn users on. Otherwise, though it is not as important as the safety problems, it can influence the sales volume and do not have the significance of the update. Sometimes the companies overreach themselves and change the convenient aspect to the inconvenient one.For example, the iPhone7 let the charging socket and the headphone jack unit as one. And we are not able to listen to music while charging the phone.
