1按重量比配制而成，三乙醇胺∶乙二醇∶醋酸钠∶十二烷基苯＝１００－２３０∶６０－１００∶４０－９０∶３０－８０。

2重量配比原料的水溶液：三乙醇胺：１０－２０％，乙二醇：５－１０％，三异丙醇胺：５－１０％，木质素磺酸钙５－１０％，糖蜜：５－１０％，硅酸钠：５－１０％；水溶液进行磁化处理。具有以下优点：经过磁化处理，使固液稳定悬浮的持久性好，长期存放无离淅、沉淀现象，

3液体水泥助磨剂：含有三乙醇胺、二甘醇、三聚磷酸钠、糖蜜、硫代硫酸钠、引气组分和水，各组分的质量百分比为三乙醇胺１－１０％、二甘醇５－１０％、三聚磷酸钠１－１０％、糖蜜１０－３０％，硫代硫酸钠０－２０％，引气组分０～１０％，余量为水，其中引气组分为三萜皂苷引气剂、木质素磺酸钠或它们的任意比例的混合物。

4原料由１０％～３０％三乙醇胺、１２％～３０％三异丙醇胺、５％～２０％乙二醇、３％～１０％丙二醇、１５％～４０％水、１％～５％十二烷基苯磺酸钠、３％～１０％木质素、２％～５％无水硫酸钠组成；在反应釜中注水，加热至４０～５０℃备用；将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入，搅拌１５分钟；加入无水硫酸钠搅拌１０分钟，再加入木质素搅拌３０分钟；将反应釜中的材料用１５０目筛网过滤；加入乙二醇、丙二醇搅拌２０分钟；加入三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺搅拌３０分钟，即得到助磨剂产品。

7主要组分包括有三乙醇胺，其特点在于还包括有烷基多苷、腐殖酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、纸浆废液、低分子量脂肪酸盐、聚磷酸盐、苯甲三钠和水。

8二甘醇２０－６８，甘油２０－６８，硫酸钠２－５，磁化水１０－５０。

9三乙醇胺５～２５％；三异丙醇胺５～２０％；木糖醇３～１０％；十二烷基磺酸钠３～１０％；硫代硫酸钠３～１５％；木质素磺酸钙１～５％；无水氯化钙３～１１％；水２５～５０％。

10二甘醇、甘蔗糖渣废液、山梨醇、甘油、三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠和水组成，各组分质量百分比：１０％～２０％，１０％～１５％，１０～２０％，１０－２０％，１～５％，１～１０％，余量为水。

11三异丙醇胺∶糖醚∶硭硝∶十二烷基苯＝１００－２２０∶８０－１３０∶５０－１００∶３０－８０。

Abstract:In terms of aid grinding and enhancing strength of the pastes, high

performance grinding aid A has been found. The effect of high

performance grinding aids on powder properties and physical and

chemical performance of ordinary portland cement pastes have been

systematically studied by various physical and chemical analysis

methods, such as laser particle size distribution analysis, XRD, TG-DTA

and so forth. The results show that high performance grinding aid has

greater effect on grinding and strength of the cement pastes. It

improves the flowability, increases fineness, improves particle size

composition and distribution including reducing mean diameter and

narrowing down particle size distribution and increasing the content of

fine particles especially of 3-32 μm particles. The high performance

grinding aids increase strength of 3 d and 28 d of cement mortar and

accelerate the hydration of cement by increasing the crystalline and

compactness of hydration products. The grinding mechanism is that

grinding aids can reduce resistance to comminution, prevent reduction

in agglomeration and ball and mill wall coating, improve the flowability

which will intensify frequency and efficiency between particles and

media. The major reason of enhancing strength of the pastes of

grinding aids is that grinding aid A improves particle size distribution

复合水泥助磨剂作用机理：

1．经过物理和化学的作用，增加物料的流动性，改善磨内的粉磨环境，最大限度地增加粉磨效果。

2．助磨剂中的有效成分能成功地解决静电吸附问题，使水泥颗粒间的静电凝聚力得到屏蔽。较好地降低了颗粒的表面张力、表面能和硬度，有效地克服了粘球糊磨现象。3．微裂纹再愈合是物质的一般特性。助磨剂能避免微裂纹愈合。在撞击下易于扩展，从而达到水泥在磨制过程中更易粉磨，使水泥中3μm-32μm颗粒的含量增加，优化了水泥的颗粒级配，有利于水泥强度的提高。

4．复合助磨剂中化学成份除助磨作用外，它本身特定的化学物质与水泥中的铝、硅、钙等发生化学反应。产性优化水泥构成的新物质，使水泥的水化过程更充分，更完全，从而达到提高水泥强度，改善水泥性能的目的。

水泥助磨剂是水泥粉磨时加入的为了改善水泥粉磨工艺，提高粉磨效率而又不损害水泥性能的外加剂。
