Rating:
SCORE 1: Unacceptable - This element is not included in the organization’s quality management system.
(不合格的-这个要素不包括在该组织的质量管理系统)
SCORE 2: Unacceptable - Both planning and execution for
this element require substantial improvement.
(不合格的-对这个要素计划与执行两个都必需要有实质上的改进)
SCORE 3: Marginally Acceptable - This element is included in the supplier’s quality management system and planning is adequate. However, execution requires improvement.
(基本合格的-这个要素包括供货商的质量管理系统和适当的计划。当然,执行还需要改进)
SCORE 4: Acceptable - This element is included in the supplier’s quality management system and is generally well-executed. (合格的-这个要素包括一般执行供货商的质量管理系统)SCORE 5: Excellent - This element is included in the supplier’s Quality Process. Planning and execution are extremely thorough. (优秀的-这个要素包括供货商的质量加工。计划和执行都十分的彻底)
