护的作用,以及其作用机制还有待进一步研究。
4结语
多年来的大量实验研究及初步临床观察表明多种远程缺血后处理和药物缺血后处理均可产生确切的脑保护作用,但是二者的联合应用是否会增强其脑保护效应尚待探索。未来的研究方向除需在动物模型上取得其应用可行性的依据,同时应探索不同药物和不同缺血后处理时间窗的最佳结合方式及其机制,从而为进入临床应用提供可靠的依据和参考。
