Intercity Railway and the factors such as development of social economy, distribution of economic strongholds, and development of adjacent railways and urban rail transit, the study makes quantitative comparison on the number of economic strongholds, passenger flow index, engineering quantity and investment, operation cost, etc. , and makes qualitative analysis on the number of economic strongholds, passenger flow attractiveness, urban planning and industry layout, matching of comprehensive traffic distribution, transportation organization and operation management, and difficulty of project implementation. A combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to make a comprehensive comparison between the eastern route case and western route case of Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Railway. The eastern route case will build the section from Huizhou to Huiyang in short term, while the section from Huiyang to Shenzhen would be introduced into Shenzhen by Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway. In this case, although the economic strongholds are slightly better, the length of the line is smaller and the project investment are relatively low in the near future, the capacity of Xiamen Shenzhen Railway is becoming increasingly tense, and its purpose of saving initial investment is difficult to achieve, and what蒺s more, it overlaps with the planned urban rail fast track paths and functions of Shenzhen and Huizhou, which is not conducive to the function of inter鄄city railway; while the route alignment of the western route case is well coordinated with the distribution of urban agglomeration and comprehensive transportation system, passenger flow index is better than the eastern one, transportation organization and operation management have obvious advantages, and the project investment and implementary difficulty are smaller. It is recommended that the Eastern Case of network planning be adjusted to the Western Case. Key words: Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Railway; Pearl river delta; Route alignment; Scheme comparison

摇 摇 摘摇 要:为解决深惠城际铁路走向与社会经济发展、经济据点分布、相邻铁路及城市轨道交通发展 等因素的匹配性问题,从途经经济据点数量、客流指标、工程数量与投资、运营成本等方面进行定量比 较,从客流吸引、城市规划与产业布局、综合交通分布匹配性、运输组织及运营管理、工程实施难度等方 面进行定性分析,采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法对深惠城际东方案和西方案进行综合比选。 东方 案近期修建惠州至惠阳段,而惠阳至深圳段则利用厦深铁路引入深圳,虽然途经经济据点略优,近期线 路长度和工程投资较低,但是厦深铁路能力日益紧张,其节约初期投资的目的难以达到,并且与深圳、惠 州规划的城市轨道快线路径和功能均有重叠,不利于城际铁路功能的发挥;而西方案线路走向与城市组 团分布、综合交通体系配合较好,客流指标优于东方案,运输组织和运营管理具有明显优势,工程投资及 实施难度较小。 推荐采用西方案。
