摘要

广东金融学院后勤服务中心车队管理系统，其主要宗旨在于服务金院全体师生与职工，完善该车队管理系统不但方便师生出行，而且使车队管理方面得到很大的提高与完善，极大地提高了工作效率。

后勤服务中心车队管理部门隶属于学院后勤服务中心，是学校日常运作中不可忽略的一部分。随着时代的进步、社会的发展与科学技术日升月异的变化，效率成为人们首先考虑的问题，所以应该建立一个车队管理系统以更好地管理车队。该车队系统可以从根本上减少原来烦琐的工作量，从而大大地提高了工作效率。另外，原来的文档管理不但难于集中众多的信息，而且没有做到更好地向师生及社会公开信息源，因而利用网络的资源共享功能，可以在很大程度上发挥车队的服务作用。另外，随着学校规模的不断扩大，学院后勤及教学各个部门工作是共同进步，管理信息系统是现代企业管理的一种趋势与需要。我们有必要实现校园后勤中心业务管理的信息化～

利用Spring+Struts+Hibernate三大开源框架开发出的网络版车队管理系统，能够从业务信息的输入存储数据，根据查询条件从后台快速、准确地将所需显示所需信息。同时生成相关的统计报表及时反馈整个车队日常运作

各个方面的信息以供管理人员查询、分析。通过因特网使得相关信息公开化、资源共享化，使得有需要的人随时掌握出车情况，了解车队信息。从根本上去体现管理的科学性与信息化。

Abstract

The Fleet Manage Information System affiliates to Logistics Services Center of GuangDong University of Finace,is aim to service all staff also students,to optimize the fleet manage information system is not only convinient to them,but also improve the management of fleet expecially efficiency extremely.

The fleet department affiliates to Logistics Services Center,is one important part of normal operation in our colleage.As time

progress,social developement also the change of scientific

technology,effiency becomes the first question people take into account,therefore,to set up a fleet management system is good for the management of fleet department.The system could reduce the workload of tedious process fundamentaly,brings greate improvement in

efficiency.Meanwhile,since the former file management neither collected

so much information correctly,nor published the information to all users,Thus the use of network resource sharing capabilities,can exert the role of team services to a large extent.In addition,with the development of our colleage,the progress of every institute in our colleage should be together, management information system is a trends also needs in modern business management.thus,it’s meaningful to achieve information management of logistics!

The Fleet Management System of web version which developed by three open sources of Spring、Struts and Hibernate techonology restore the data from users’ input,then feedback the in formation which according to their required conditions from background quickly and

correctly.Meanwhile,it can generate the reference statistical reports to indicate information about every aspect of the fleet in time for the inquery and analysis of managers.also,through the network,the information become open,the resource becomes sharable,people can get the information of trip,know more about fleet.Therefore,we can fundamentally reflect the scientific and informative management!
