HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂
特性与用途:
气相缓蚀剂(VPI),又称气相防锈剂(VCI),是一类在一定空间内通过气化挥发到达金属表面,能有效地防止金属表面腐蚀的防腐蚀材料。HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂为有机多元胺化合物,是一种不含亚硝酸基的环境友好型高新技术产品,它替代了目前市场销售的毒性大,危及周围环境和使用者健康的传统气相缓蚀剂。其防锈蚀性能和化学稳定性良好,与纸张、塑料配伍尤佳。既可直接使用,也可用于多种气相缓蚀(防锈)制品如气相防锈水、气相防锈纸、气相防锈塑料膜等的制备,是一种理想的黑色金属长期封存防蚀材料,具有广泛的应用市场。
HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂由国家电力公司热力设备腐蚀与防护(部级)重点实验室研制开发,由本公司独家生产。该产品可用于船舶、建筑物、桥梁、锅炉、发电机等密封腔体金属结构件的内腔作非涂装防蚀保护,也可用于军工枪械、航空、电子、机械、医疗器械产品及其零部件和钢铁卷材等金属制品贮运过程中的防蚀保护。用它作防蚀保护的金属制品,在投入使用时,不用去油封,既方便快捷,又可节约去油封的人力物力,避免大量使用有机溶剂去油封时所产生的废气、污物对环境的污染。该产品已较多地使用在全国各地船厂建造的出口及国内大型船舶的箱型腔体结构的舱口盖和舵叶中,广受设计部门和船东的好评。

使用工艺与要点:
●HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂适用于黑色金属的防蚀保护。
●HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂的用量可按被保护物的容积大小来计算,
在密封完全的条件下,用量一般为50~100 g/m3。
●HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂在金属制品结构件内的布置分配,应该按
“均匀分布”的设计原则。
●使用HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂蚀,可将装有气相缓蚀剂的布袋,用
挂(放置)方式使气相缓蚀剂蒸汽到达被防蚀保护的金属表面。
也可以采用喷射、雾化方式把气相缓蚀剂粉末直接喷入被防蚀保护的金属制品构件内。完成置入气相缓蚀剂后,应立刻将被防蚀保护的金属构件密封。
●安放气相缓蚀剂时,既要防止与明火接触,也要防止被雨水淋
湿。
●安放气相缓蚀剂时,应戴上手套,以避免在被防蚀保护的金属
表面留下手汗迹,保持被防蚀金属表面的干燥清洁。
●HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂防锈期可达五年,封存期内发现密封状态
破坏或超过防锈期以后,应及时检查和添加气相缓蚀剂。
●气相缓蚀剂材料,不能用于保护光学装置和高爆炸性物质以及
与其相连的发射器的产品上。
●用户如有特殊要求,请在订货时说明,本公司可为用户配制系
列气相缓蚀剂产品,适应用户的不同要求。

包装及贮运:
HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂可按用户要求采用散装和袋包装形式,散装容器为铁(纸)桶(箱)包装,每桶(箱)20kg。布袋装根据用户对包装形状和每袋重量的要求,包装成圆柱形或方形布袋,然后将布袋置于铁箱内贮运。在常压、环境温度低于65℃、环境相对湿度低于85%、完全密封的条件下,有效期五年。

Features and purpose
Vapor phase inhibitor (VPI), also known as volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) is a kind of anticorrosive chemical that vaporizes and volatilizes at normal temperature onto the metal surfaces in a certain space and effectively prevents them from corroding. HJ-20-2 VPI, an organic multi-element amine compound, is an environment-friendly high-tech product that does not contain nitroso-compounds. It is a substitute for the present market available traditional vapor phase inhibitor that is considered to be more toxic and harmful to the environment and the health of the users. HJ-20-2 VPI features good anticorrosive performance, high chemical stability and satisfactory compatibility to paper and plastics. It can be used either for immediate corrosion protection or for preparation of VPI type inhibitors (anticorrosive) products such as VPI type anticorrosive liquid, paper or plastic film, etc. It is a perfect corrosion inhibiting material for long term preservation of ferrous metal and has good prospects in a wide range of application.
HJ-20-2 vapor phase inhibitor (VPI) is developed by the Key Laboratory for Corrosion and Protection of Thermal Power Equipment under State Power Corporation of China, and is solely manufactured by Shanghai Dong Song Chemical Scientech Development Co., Ltd. HJ-20-2 vapor phase inhibitor (VPI) can be used as a kind of non-painting anticorrosive protection for the enclosed inner chambers of the metallic structures in ships, buildings, bridges, boilers and electric generators, etc. It can also be used to prevent the corrosion during the transportation or storage of metallic products such as ordnance, aviation equipment, electronic devices, machinery and medical instruments and their components as well as coiled steel material. When a metal article uses HJ-20-2 VPI for its anticorrosive protection, it will be put into use in a quick and convenient way without the need to remove the preservative layer, and this means a saving in the labor and material to be used in treating the preservative layer of the metal article before it is put into use. As a result, a great amount of organic solvent to be used for treating the preservative layer will be saved, harmful gas and pollutant caused by the solvent will be eliminated, and an environmental pollution will be avoided. HJ-20-2 VPI has been widely used in shipyards as anticorrosive protection for box-shaped hatch covers and rudder blades of large ships built for foreign and domestic customers, and it has been admired by ship designers, domestic and overseas ship owners.
