浅谈企业知识型员工的管理
——以中小型企业知识型员工为例
摘要
本文引述知识型员工的概念,介绍了我国中小型企业知识型员工的发展现状。然后介绍了知识型员工与普通员工的区别,后又对中小型企业的具体情况作了简要的概述,将中小型企业中的知识型员工与大型国有企业中的知识型员工比较分析出各自的优劣势,并作出概括总结,进行中小企业知识型员工的swot分析,剖析知识型员工在管理过程中常见的问题。根据前面所述出现大量管理问题的中小型企业应对激烈竞争,出现知识型员工大量流失的现象,并分析了其原因,后又总结概括出其给企业带来的严重影响,在文章的最后提出了中小型企业怎样营造知识型员工发展环境的对策,希望能够借此稳定企业知识型员工的管理。

ABSTRACT
This article quotes the concept of knowledge workers, this paper introduces the development situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge staff. And then introduces the differences between knowledge workers and ordinary workers, and for a brief overview of the specific situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises, the knowledge staff of small and medium-sized enterprises and large state-owned enterprise knowledge staff in the comparative analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, and make summarization, for small and medium-sized enterprise swot analysis of the knowledge-type employees, analyzes the knowledge staff common problems in the management process. According to the stated earlier lot of management problems of small and medium enterprises to cope with fierce competition, appeared the phenomenon of loss of knowledge workers, and analyzes its reason, and then summary the serious influence it brings to the enterprise, at the end of the article puts forward the countermeasures of small and medium enterprises how to build knowledge staff development environment, hope to be able to take this stable enterprise knowledge staff management.
