摘要

内河运输作为组成现代运输体系一部分,相较于其他运输方式,它具有运量大、占地少、低能耗等优势。加快内河运输的发展,使其与航空、铁路、公路、管道等运输方式有效地结合,发挥各种运输方式的优势和组合效益,有助于交通运输结构的优化,社会综合物流成本的降低,交通运输发展方式的转变。因此,内河运输对于我国国民经济的可持续发展有着不可替代的作用。

目前,长江干线已成为世界上运量最大、运输最繁忙的通航河流,对促进长江经济带的协调发展发挥了重要作用。但近些年,由于长江航运的不断发展壮大,遇到了一些亟待解决的问题,诸如航道通航能力低下,制约了航运的发展;长江航道变得更加拥挤,致使船舶会遇、碰撞几率日趋增大,这给长江航运带来了大量的安全隐患。而长江航道通航能力和通航水流条件研究,对于规避运输风险,确保航运安全,提高运输效率,建立高效的管理机制,实现长江水路交通智能化有着举足轻重的作用。

本文主要论述了长江江津至重庆航段158m、166m、172m、185m流量级下的通航水流条件研究,基于河道水动力学模型的计算结果,分别对航深、航宽、弯道半径、桥梁净空及水流流速、流态等方面的因素进行分析,确定不同流量级下3000t级船舶的适航范围。通过ArcGIS软件,利用多点型数据生成数据栅格图,剪切出航道水深和流速的栅格图,绘制出不同流量级下的等水深和等流速线图,使其可视化,然后按照内河通航标准,划分出适航区域,并求出其水面面积占比。本文的论述,对于今后该段航道的管理提供了基本的理论依据。

ABSTRACT

As a part of the modern transportation system, inland river transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume, less space and low energy consumption compared to other modes of transportation. Accelerating the development of inland waterway transport, which effectively combined with aviation, railways, highways, pipelines and other modes of transport, and plays a variety of modes of transport advantages and combination of benefits. It will be good for the transportation structure optimization, social logistics cost reduced and changes of the development mode of transportation. So, the inland transportation has the irreplaceable function to the sustainable development of our national economy.

At present, the Yangtze River route has become the largest traffic and the busiest navigable river in the world, which plays an important role in promoting the

coordinated development of the Yangtze River economic belt. But in recent years, due to the continuous development of the Yangtze River shipping, there appear some encountered problems to be solved, such as the development of shipping is seriously hampered by the low navigable, and Yangtze River waterway becomes more crowded, which increases the probability of the collision. These problems do harm for the shipping of the Yangtze River. At the same time, our country is so weak in the channel management, navigation warning, water rescue, security assurance , which brings a lot of Bring safe hidden troubles to the Yangtze River shipping. And researching navigable flow conditions of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River waterway plays a role in avoiding the risk of transportation , ensuring the navigation safe, improving the transport efficiency and establishing an efficient management mechanism.

This paper mainly discusses the navigation flow condition of different traffic level, like and 185m in the Yangtze River from Jiangjin to Chongqing. Analyzing the waterway depth, waterway width, bend radius, bridge clearance and flow velocity and determining the seaworthy range in the different traffic level for 3000t ship based on results of hydrodynamic model for river. And using multi-point type data to generate grid, cutting channel depth and velocity of grid and plotting the contour and velocity contour in the map by ArcGIS .Finally, dividing the navigable area according to the standard of river navigation. This paper provides the basic theoretical basis for the management of the channel in the future.
