In order to success you should not be likely to others. It is important to be unique and separate yourself from the crowds. If a person always try to fit in and then he or she will never success, because success require new and independent ideas. Many successful businessmen are independent thinkers who always have new, bold, different ideas than others. It is this kind vision and forecast led to success.

Innovation is a primary key to success. When bill gates first start Microsoft he had a vision that personal computer will change the face to technology, it was a unique idea which no other have ever imaged it. Many believed he was crazy, laughing at the thought that humans will spend the whole day on the electronic device. Others have no idea about what is personal computer. This was bill gates daring and unique vision. If he had tried to be like others, he will not drop out the school and open a company. He would have followed the common path and the result will totally changed.

If you want to stand out, you must be different. Many people work in the company do their best and follow the rules. If you always work quietly and you will never be noticed by the superior.

Y ou have to stand up and let the presence to shown to the people who are around you. Even though the idea might be strange and unacceptable which fly against company culture or in the face of current logic. But these different and strange ideas are the one that are important. These lead to a way that thinking differently which can lead you to success.

Do not be afraid to be different. Success comes to those who stand out from the crowd, not form those follow. Bill gates and other successful businessmen have all made fortunes from the idea that new and different. They believe themselves and they know that doing the same thing will lead the same result. So lets stand out and to be success.

Leaders play a profound role in the success of a group. Due to this, the strategy of the leader is at the frontline of public debate. So there is a controversy whether effective leader should make team members feel they are participate in the decision making or not. In my point of view, a good leader has to let the group member think they are part of the process of decision making. My reasons and examples list below will strengthen my point.

First and foremost, making others feel they are participated in the decision making will promote the relationship between the members and the leader. There are always some situations which leader adopt one of the member advices or just listen patiently to their ideas that make the group of members feel respected. So the team members will close to their leader and increase the speed of the work and more likely to be success. For instance, I have worked as a department minister in my university student union. One time, my team has to design a new website for school. I accept one of my team member’s suggestions which are really creative. Then they become active and we worked with in a good ambience.

On the top of that, it can increase the belongingness of the group if the group members feel they are involved in the decision making. It is needless to say that people do their own work more carefully than other people’s task. The more they feel belongingness to the task, the better they will deal with the issue and the better result they can achieve. To put this point into an actual context. When you are moving to a new apartment, and the apartment is in a messy because you roommate are too busy for her work. Then you probably will clean up the room because you will live their. On the contrary, if that is not your department what will you do.

In conclusion, an effective leader will let their group member fell they are in the process of decision making.
