废酸处理的研究现状

摘要

本论文通过对国内外废酸液现状及处理方法的分析,结合国内不同行业的现状,提出了废酸处理的措施和方法。这些措施和方法主要有: 焙烧法、浓缩法、中和法、萃取法、离子交换树脂法等。焙烧法探讨了对盐酸洗涤废液进行处理和资源回收中应用喷雾焙烧工艺的技术问题。介绍了喷雾焙烧法的工艺过程,确定了基木工艺参数并讨论了各参数的变化对氧化铁粉质量的影响。龚家竹、江秀英等在硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中稀硫酸的浓缩除杂方法中公开了硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中稀硫酸的浓缩除杂方法。对于付智娟的盐酸酸洗废液中和氧化置换工艺研究中的中和法是以盐酸酸洗废液的无害化和资源化为出发点,通过中和氧化制换过程的理论分析、工艺流程的研究,得出最佳工艺参数。李梅香的粗苯精制废酸的再生研究中的萃取法是利用相似相溶原理,使废酸中的有机物转移到萃取剂中,从而使硫酸分离出来。而对于离子交换树脂法,孙金茂等的废盐酸的再生利用是利用某些离子交换树脂可从废酸溶液中吸收盐酸而排除金属盐的功能来实现酸盐分离的;而李长海、史鹏飞等的由弱碱性阴离子树脂分离β- 萘磺酸则是利用Indion860 树脂处理β- 萘磺酸废液,从而将β-萘磺酸分离出来。通过实例简单介绍各种方法的现状、原理和优缺点。

In the hydrochloric acid pickle liquor neutral oxidation replacement technical study's neutrodyne system is changes into the starting point by the hydrochloric acid pickle liquor detoxification and the resources, trades the process through the neutral oxidized system the theoretical analysis, the technical process research, obtains the best technological parameter. The method of roasting discussed has carried on processing and the resource recovery to the hydrochloric acid wash waste liquid applies the atomization roasting craft the technical question. In the sulfuric acid method production titanium oxide powder process the dilute sulphuric acid concentration publicized in the sulfuric acid method production titanium oxide powder process except the mixed method in the dilute sulphuric acid concentration to eliminate the mixed method. In the crude benzene purification waste acid's regeneration research's extraction method is the use similar dissolves the principle, causes in the waste acid the organic matter to shift to the extracting agent, thus causes the sulfuric acid to separate.
