experienced director and a famous director may attract larger audiences.
【学生态度】：The speaker disagrees with it.
1. The director is quite busy, and he can attend the rehearsals only once a week. Students therefore cannot get
as much practice as possible, and they
have to count on themselves. 2. Surely the director is quite famous in
the area and students who are major
in theater may know him. But for other students, he is not that famous and a
multiple of students may not come
simply because of the reputation of the
director.

Experience goods:
Experience goods are the goods whose usefulness and value can not be known until a customer has certain experience with them.
【教授举例】： For example, a friend of mine had a company of educational DVDs. When
the company wanted to launch a new
DVD, sample DVDs were introduced
and given to teachers who would be
their potential customers. After the teachers used the DVDs, they knew
it’s quite helpful and desired to buy it.
Finally, with this strategy, the
education DVD sold well.
