摘要

本次课程设计是灵活运用自动检测技术及仪表、过程控制仪表、过程控制系统等相关基本知识和基本理论模拟设计一个过程控制系统。通过对电烤箱控制系统的工作方案设计、设备选型及其连线,从而利用阶跃输入炉温控制系统的对象-传递函数确定。根据确定的对象-传递函数求得PID参数的理论值。编写组态王软件程序,设计合理的人机交互。利用组态王软件编制的上位机监控软件,将PID参数传输给控制器。在上位机输入PID参数,根据PID调节规律进行多次调试,完成单回路PID炉温控制的实现。核心工作就是找到合适的PID参数,利用试凑法加调节经验多次尝试,最终调出合适的输出曲线。经过设计一个过程控制系统,培养了解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract

The course design is a process control system which is used to simulate the basic knowledge and basic theory of automatic detection technology and instrument, process control instrument, process control system and so on. Through the electric oven control system scheme design, equipment selection and connection, the step input temperature control system of object - transfer functions are determined. The theoretical value of the PID parameter is obtained by determining the object transfer function. Preparation of Kingview software program, the rational design of human-computer interaction. The PC monitoring software Kingview software, the PID parameter is transmitted to the controller. In the PC PID input parameters, according to the PID rules for the regulation repeatedly debugging, we can control the single loop PID temperature of the stove. The most important work is to find appropriate PID parameters, using trial and error method regulation experience several attempts, finally mix the proper output curve. Through the design of a process control system, it can cultivate the ability to solve practical problems.
